Sophia Hamilton was carrying her winter coat towards the bathroom when Evander Lancaster reminded her from behind, "During your period, don't touch cold water, use some warm water."
"Mind your own business!" Sophia replied impatiently, carrying her winter coat into the bathroom.
Evander stood at the kitchen door, flashing a row of bright white teeth.
At thirty, besides the cleaning lady, he'd never had a woman do his laundry. After thinking for a moment, he turned back to the bedroom and came out with a pair of boxer shorts at his fingertips. Although he'd just changed them that morning, he decided he wanted her to wash them.
Going into the bathroom, he tossed the boxer shorts into the bathtub. "Here, wash this too while you're at it."
