"Right, he isn't living with us," Mabel Quinn said.
"Why?" the little one asked.
"Just like Little Yi in your class, his daddy and mommy don't live together either," Mabel Quinn said.
"Oh." The little one seemed to understand and nodded, then turned to Kyle Kinston and said, "Then Daddy can help Ivy with her homework before saying bye-bye. Atlas said Mommy needs to rest more these days, and Ivy should be good and try not to tire Mommy out."
