Richard Shaw came to the Leclair residence purely due to an agreement he had with his classmate Casimir Shaw before arriving, simply to bring him over to play with Benjamin Leclair.
Seeing that Nathan Leclair casually mentioned a couple of things, Richard Shaw noticed Nathan's frustrated expression and remembered the age-old separation of military and political affairs. Nathan belongs to the Political Bureau, while he is from the Central Military Region and holds a higher rank than Nathan. Even a few casual words from him could trigger suspicion from the Political Bureau, so he decided not to mention it.
Speaking of which, the Leclair Family has no real ties with him. Even if Nathan turns the world upside down in South East Asia, it has nothing to do with him.
