Aurora was pushed by her and crashed directly into the wall by the window due to inertia. Griffith Squire sat opposite and was too late to offer help, watching her hit the wall with his brows furrowing in pain.
Griffith Squire's gaze darkened instantly. He seized Brooke Coldwell's wrist, and without much force, there was a cracking sound, followed by Brooke Coldwell's sharp scream.
"Mom, my hand is broken, it hurts." Brooke Coldwell's face turned pale with pain, she collapsed to the ground, crying and shouting.
The unexpected event happened in mere seconds, and Griffith Squire acted without hesitation. Ian Coldwell and Zoe Kingston wanted to stop him but were too late.
Aurora's mother held Brooke Coldwell up gingerly like a precious treasure. She dared not confront Griffith Squire, only cried as she looked at Ian Coldwell, saying, "Brooke just pushed Aurora a bit, nothing happened, and now her hand is broken. If there are any repercussions, how will she marry in the future?"
