On the morning of the first day of the New Year, Chloe Winston's house was unusually lively. Constantine Stewart gave each of the young people who came to pay their New Year greetings a big red envelope. After chatting merrily for a while, they knew that Chloe had just returned and that the young couple probably wanted some alone time, so they got up to leave.
As they left, they also admired the small garden and gave Chloe a thumbs up.
After sending off the enthusiastic neighbors, Chloe let out a sigh of relief and asked in surprise, "Why did you prepare red envelopes? And how did they know we were home?"
She had clearly been away for more than three months.
