After the people waiting at home received the news, they quickly came out from the house. By this time, the convoy had slowly stopped at the yard entrance.
Lily Turner initially wanted to walk in by herself, but Easton Holmes was a step quicker and picked her up. She struggled and refused to no avail; she had no choice but to let him carry her into the yard.
