The couple had just sat down when Second Madam Chu arrived with Xiao Shuang.
Madam Chu greeted them with a smile: "The kitchen just mentioned that the scallion oil chicken you always like isn't available today, so we've replaced it with some light congee and side dishes."
Second Madam Chu smiled: "It's alright, Sister-in-law, you're so considerate of me, knowing I love it, and having someone go to Fu Building to buy it every day."
