Ou Jue... hung up on her call.
"What's wrong?" Lisa looked over.
Anna lowered her gaze, her voice filled with unmistakable disappointment, "He didn't pick up."

Noon.
The morning meeting finally ended, and at this moment, he was striding confidently out of the company.
Assistant Chen followed behind him, reporting on Ou Jue's next itinerary.
Suddenly, Ou Jue caught sight of a figure, and his steps paused.
In the company lobby stood a plainly dressed girl, arms folded, seemingly waiting for someone.
As she looked up and saw Ou Jue, her eyes revealed a noticeable trace of joy.
He walked over, frowning slightly, "Why are you here again?"
Anna spoke sincerely, "Well... because you didn't answer the phone, so I thought I'd just come over and wait for you directly."
Nearly two hours had passed since she called.
Had she been waiting here all this time?
Ou Jue asked, "Is it urgent?"
Anna quickly shook her head, hesitating, unsure how to start.
