"It's here!" Smoothie sensed Marie's position using her Observation Haki and swung her giant sword downward. Marie jumped lightly, stepped on the flat of the giant blade, and suddenly burst forward, appearing in front of Smoothie's face to kick her chin with her small leg. The impact was powerful, but Marie followed up by wrapping her fist in Armament Haki and striking Smoothie in the stomach. In an instant, Smoothie was launched into the air as her giant body rapidly shrank back to her original height of over four meters. Despite blood leaking from the corners of her mouth, Smoothie smiled, impressed by the strength of the attack.
Smoothie landed smoothly and rushed toward Marie again with her sword. Marie met her charge, smashing the ground beneath her to vanish and reappear instantly. When Marie's small fist struck the giant sword, the blade vibrated violently and nearly flew out of Smoothie's grasp. Surprised by the power coming from such a small frame, Smoothie was caught off guard when Marie struck again, causing a crack to appear on the blade.
"One more punch! Fist Bone Meteorite!" Marie shouted as she struck the sword again. The blade shattered completely, and her fist continued through the air, slamming into Smoothie's face and sending her flying. Marie stood in a punching posture, secretly hiding her swollen right hand behind her back as she caught her breath. Smoothie lay in the distance, broken and bloody, silently stunned by the name of the move—a signature technique of Garp. Marie walked forward, looking down at her opponent: "You lose. Just lie down, or I won't be polite". With Smoothie defeated, the remaining combatants on the battlefield lost their fighting spirit and surrendered.
The onlookers were stunned, as a Sweet Commander had been defeated by a young girl from the Straw Hat crew. Big Mom, however, only cared about her own reputation, screaming at Smoothie to stand up and fight or face execution. Fearing her mother's wrath, Smoothie shuddered and forced herself up, plunging her hand into the sea to squeeze out water and restore her giant form.
Marie sighed and used her colored pen to paint in the air. "Absolution of Pigment Blending! Rainbow of Dreams!". As the colorful world manifested, Smoothie transformed into a vision of Big Mom, complete with Zeus, Prometheus, and Napoleon. The onlookers were shocked, and even Blackbeard and Big Mom nearly fell from the sky in disbelief. Marie herself appeared within the illusion wearing a cloak and sporting a white crescent mustache, mimicking Whitebeard.
Marie raised her left fist, which was now wrapped in a white ball of light. She slammed her hand forward, shattering the colorful world like a broken mirror. The concussive force of the attack—mimicking the power of the Tremor-Tremor Fruit—tore through Smoothie's body, causing her to vomit blood and collapse into unconsciousness. When the colorful world vanished, the physical traces of the damage disappeared, but the mental trauma Marie inflicted remained, ensuring Smoothie could not wake up. This was a total victory for Marie, though Big Mom now turned her hateful gaze directly toward her.
