Perhaps it was because Elias' body was weakened from chronic exhaustion, working from morning until evening every day for the past few years. Or maybe from enduring constant allergic reactions from the pheromone patches. Or the fact that even when unwell, he refused to take a rest, still working and only taking the cheapest painkillers to alleviate his symptoms. Or maybe all of it combined. Either way, his cold persistently continued to plague his body, refusing to let go even a little bit.
Still, Elias went on a date with Axel on Wednesday. Even though he would have much rather spent this time in bed, alone, wrapped in a blanket. The reason? To get that 'romantic time alone' with Axel done and over with, in hopes that the next time, Ollie would be included again.
