"(Rudeus' POV)".
At one of the warm nights of Buena village right before Rudeus second year being reincarnated by two weeks he was sitting next to fireplace seeking more warmth and during his rest he decided to fully finish the books in his house one by one he already finished 'The Three Swordsmen and The Labyrinth' , 'The Magic Manual' , and now it's time for the next book 'The Legend of Perigruies.'
And with that Rudeus opened the book first page and it started with: a thanks for the great heroes who sacrificed their lives and everything they have for humanity survival.
With a special thanks from king Ganius himself to all the people who contributed in the war from the foot soldiers to the great heroes, and wished for who survived to enjoy the happiness they fought for, and who died to be near their loved ones enjoying the eternal peace.
With this the first two pages after the cover ends. And the first page in the story begins.
Perigruies found himself one day in the Divine continent. In a world almost controlled by the evil demons, but to him: he both doesn't know about this, nor did he cared about it yet. (A pure hint that he is maybe reincarnated or transported individual like me, and isn't it bad to say the protagonist doesn't care about his fans lives, whatever.)
Then it talks briefly about his preteens period in the Divine continent very briefly. Like how he befriended the people of the sky, learnt their traditions and he made a good relationship with all of them and how they respected him on the same level as chieftains of the villages.
(Talk about time-skip they skipped his entire childhood, which from the book content it is plausible. The book isn't focused about a kid who doesn't care about the world. It's a story of a warrior who grows to become a hero later on.)
After that, it talked also very briefly about how he gathered his powers there he was in level of king level warrior combining both his magic powers and Touki skill. (I don't know what's Touki? Care to explain, Mr. Book?)
The first chapter ends here and the second one starts by the name: a harsh lesson.
After mastering his strength, our hero decided to leave the Divine continent to discover the world but to his bad luck he went to Demon continent instead of the central continent. (To me it's more of ignorance than bad luck, but whatever, I just want to finish the book).
Where all the demon were trying to fight him but he was brushing them off very easily like flies, until a maniac laugh was heard and appeared in front of him blue woman in clad of pure black armour with two wings in her back and a single tall horn from her forehead, this woman was no other than Laplace most feared general: the demon king Atofereate Lacrasse.
Perigruies fought bravely and gave it his all but...
This was his first live or death fight, the difference of the strength was too big all with left is the winner to kill the loser and the demon king Atofereate who was about to kill him, if it weren't for kalman I to block her attack and Urupen jumping in taking her head on.
With that the fight between the Dragon God and the Immortal Demon King begans.
Where anyone who tries to interfere was cut easily by Atofereate and kalman who stopped the demons from helping her by standing on his own in front of the whole demon army following her.
And as for Atofereate whether you are ally or enemy don't interfere with her duels if you want to live, that's a known rule.
With the that the real fight begins: (Pretty ironic for how the MC of his book isn't the most important player of his own fight.)
kalman I fought the whole army of demons killing them all on his own while Urupen delayed the Immortal Demon King.
After two days had passed where all were fighting, kalman I was the only one still with some stamina in his body. (Hey, hey! Wait a second! For entire two days fighting! At first I thought Paul was over exaggerating, but it seems either the book's author is high while he was righting or maybe they felt a lot has passed while only an hour or two had passed.)
He jumped interfered the fight between Urupen and Atofereate, by cutting her into two halves with a single slash, and each of the heroes dropped his half as far as possible from the other one. (Okay, so correct me if wrong, she can't generate new parts, so if they took something essential like her heart... No, let's go with her head since already her heart will be taken later by kalman, and went back with it leaving the body behind won't they like stop her entirely this way?)
And they retreated with light injuries to kalman I. A burn out with some injuries to Urupen. Who was healed over time and even before they reached home he was fully healed, because of his race the dragon folk and being the Dragon God his healing ability is on another, as long as you don't compare him to Atofereate he is one of the strongest in this department.
And the very heavily injured Perigruies who almost died on hands of Atofereate. If the two heroes didn't interfere.
The third chapter and the last chapter of the first arc begins.
After the fight both complemented his strength, but it didn't sit right with him because both are very strong yet, both say he's strong. (Finally understood something, little Perigruies, there's something called complimentary they are used a lot especially to the younger generations to motivate them to grow stronger.)
And he for the first time in his life, lowered his head and asked them to take him as subordinate and train him. (Oh, you got it wrong but at the same time you got it right, well I give a thumbs-up little Perigruies, you are growing to be a better man.)
Maybe I should stop making fun of a legendary figure and a deity of the Asuran nobility.
Kalman I trained him on how to controlling his Touki increased his strength, sword skills, and how to beat stronger opponents and how survive any battle. (That's.. and what else could be learned from the other guy?)
Urupen teached him how to perfect his Touki, the dragon god language, some secrets about the world and told him some place of the dragon folk ruins. (Oh.. well, then... if he could trust a human... is Perigruies a human? Anyway he trusted him on his race's secrets.)
Afterwards Perigruies secluded himself to learn the secrets of the dragon race, rebuilding the flying castle "Chaos breaker" , learn summoning magic, barrier magic, his own sword skills that he took the North God Style as inspiration and finally he teached himself sealing magic. (Well, can you be a nice person and teach us what's inside your book? Pretty please! Tsk, I can't pull the puppy eyes on a book.)
The second arc begins.
After he finished his training, he returned riding his flying castle to Urupen and kalman joining both of them in a fight where they were cornered at the Citadel City of Roa "the last rampart humans had in Asura" when he appeared with his flying castle and his 12 (followers/subordinates/summons or whatever they called, but in the book they usually called followers in the book.) and with his followers he beaten a whole army on his own making both kalman and Urupen look at him with pride while he led the resistance armies to save the cities and villages about to fall to Laplace's armies.
And in less than a year they freed all of Asura from all the demons in it.
The second chapter of the second arc begins.
After finishing their job in Asura, He sent Urupen and kalman with the king Ganius to talk to the sea-folk to convince them to betray Laplace and join them.
The sea folk were Laplace's ace, they prevented humans from moving between continents and at the same time they opened free rein to the demons to attack humans from everywhere. But what's worse was destroying a whole northern kingdom on their own and taking it as their base of operations.
And he went with his twelve followers to meet Millis's hero in Mihillison.
When he reaches there he found the hero was about to fall to the beast people, who were attacking the Mihillison from everywhere and almost about to kill the hero after Laplace destroyed the protective barrier.
He jumped in front of the hero to defend him and send his followers to kill the beast warrior attacking the city killing many of them, and making the rest retreat after that he went to raining forest and made the beast people surrender also he convinced them to join him. (Okay, this part fells very off with too many missing information, it's almost as if they wanted to skip it entirely).
With the beast race surrender, he pushed all demons to only their continent and the North half of the central continent.
The shortest chapter ends here. There's really something got deleted.
(The war now was something like a mix of the cold war and world war at the same time happening around the world. I will explain now.)
Like Laplace suddenly attacks with a big army in a country with a low defence killing all of her armies and leaves his men plunder it. There was even a demon king who got nicknamed: the plunderer. From how much he plundered.
Armies in north and other in south of the demon continent trying to regain control on Millis. Dragons attacking here and there no breathing room for the heroes.
So Laplace whereabouts were hard to reach, Simply they were trying to locate him using Perigruies castle where they were watching everything from above so they weren't capable of finding Laplace who was appearing for a second or two in middle of big armies to shoot a ginormous spells at the armies and destroys a rampart or a two from afar before returning again to dissappear in the demon continent.
To catch Laplace, they were searching for big armies he could reach. And when they found one they go all out killing them all in hope of wearing his armies out. And making him appear to protect his armies but that never happened.
The last chapter before the final arc begins. (BTW this is the longest chapter in the book.)
After long years of the suffering humans went through, they gathered information about Laplace whereabouts and he found that he was spotted with one of his pet dragons, the Lord of red Dragons Salayket and a small army and without his bogeymen the unbeatable Superds.
(The book talked about how they massacred people here and there but they weren't mentioned much and Perigruies himself on all of their fights he wasn't the one to fight them the one to fight them is usually kalman. Strangely enough Perigruies himself didn't leave any comment about them where in almost everything he left a comment or two.
Like how he said the strange bread he ate on the top of the central continent rampart is inedible yet they eat it, how he described kalman as a strange man with a funny and flashy moves, how he commented about how Atofereate a maniac who better of to be left dead.
((Well he is excused she beat his ass three times in a row, and each and every time he gather strength and think he can beat her, it ends up with his ass given to him by her. And after he finally gathered his strength and ready to stop her he becomes to occupied with Laplace and after finally getting rid of Laplace, kalman marries her and make both swear not to kill the other.))
No matter how hard I try I can't stop making fun of the man.) Back to topic: (Perigruies commented about any and everything but not a single word about Superds. Which is in a way it's strange. Like any and everyone want his book to be more famous he mentions them. Heck! All of our books mentions them at least once, even the ones that don't have thing to do with them like Fittioa Region Monsters book said:
"Terminator Boars known for their destruction scale of attacks some villages scare the little children by saying sleep early or the evil boars will eat you instead of the Superds will eat you." See a book that has nothing to do with the Superds mentioned them and the book that has them as the mortal enemies didn't care to give them a single paragraph something seems off.)
Back to the book:
This is once-in-a-lifetime chance to kill Laplace especially in this army there isn't a single Immortal Demon in it.
He gathered the heroes and warriors from all over the world to help them in the fight.
And they decided it will go like this.
The Water God students will protect Asura. (What will they protect if they had already kicked demons out of the central continent? Oh.. right I forget about the northern regions is still under the demons control.)
Millis hero will leave his students protect the holy country of Millis with the help of dwarves, Elves, halflings and hobbits. Only the strongest Elf warrior will be joining them wearing the strongest gear given to him from the first Ore God himself.
(In the book there's a fast mention saying that in the time there was an Ore God but not on the same level as the first one who was one of few to reach God level on Earth Magic).
The army they gathered weren't big about 50 person in total but all of them are strong and all of them knelt down to Perigruies in his floating castle
He decided to make the Adlodian cheif the general on the army who will deal or delay Laplace's armies.
And divided the subordinates between killing the dragon pet and joining the army of beast people, in hope if they killed the Lord of the Red Dragons, the red dragons and wyverns will return to their nests in the mountains instead of controlling the whole central continent.
After that he decided the who of the seven heroes will join in killing Laplace and who will fight the dragon.
Urupen, kalman and himself vs Laplace. (Aren't you underestimating Laplace, Lord Perigruies?)
Reidar - i.e. the water god, the chosen one of the beast people, the mage elf and Millis's hero vs the pet Dragon.
(To explain important thing the chosen one of the Dedlodia and the cheif of the Doldia tribe was once a millennia miracle to be the same person.
Simply explaining, the person who will lead the beast people to their best future is the one who got named chosen one and the person called cheif of Doldia tribe is the protector of the the whole tribe not just a single village like the rest of chieftains.
Mom and Dad were the ones to explain it to me, as for why they know it, because one of their friends were a Dedlodia and a relative to the leader of their village and the guy like like his ancestors in the story was the leader of the whole tribe not just the village.)
The subordinates of Perigruies, kalman, and Urupen will help the armies to kill Laplace's armies then join subjugation of the Lord of the red Dragons.
The reason they were trying to kill the dragon while being afraid of him this much was simple the Lord of the dragons had a special power called war cry. Which makes their enemies weaker and call all of their subordinates to wreck havoc.
They don't use it however if they were challenged to a duel and being prideful as they is, they never break the duel rules as long as the other side kept their word. So the plan was to gather people who can kill the dragon as fast as possible with the least amount of casualties possible to be able to make a change in the fight with Laplace afterwards.
Also worth mentioning the Nowadays dragons and wyverns capable of doing the same called as war cry but they don't use it because its shameful act unlike the other one, because this one is only called when there is someone overpowering them and went on to bully them. So in other words this ones is like crying for help. This part was explanatory attached to book by the author.
(Something strange in here the of the dragon name was mentioned earlier once, his name was the Lord of the Red Dragons Salayket, after that they didn't bother mentioning his name not even while explaining what's his powers is. This means either one of two things, they don't want it's name to be remembered, or they aren't sure this was Salayket and one of the historians decided to brag by something unreal).
Then all of survivors will join the fight vs Laplace.
Before they went to fight Laplace, there was a small party drinking alcohol, singing, joking, sharing their wills, saying what the will do after the war ends, there wishes to the future, etc. (In short they were enjoying there last moments because they know that they weren't all going to make it. Laplace to them is a terrifying existence capable of destroying countries on a whim. No, he has unlimited mana pool capable of shoot spell reshaping the continent but he wasn't using it for the good but to anihlate all humans.)
The only one refused to say his will was the Water God, who was the oldest human by the age of 38 and fighting to keep his peak.
He only said these words: "what will a will of dead man do? I'm here to kill Laplace and I will give him a fight the whole world will remember, say what? You say I should be prepared to die, I won't die, I know this much. And for argument sake if I died, then what I want from you all is to live on."
Saying most of them was afraid of death was an underestimate to the situation most of them were young and have a lover they yet to court, or a family waiting for them back home, but the most reluctant one was the Millis hero who his wife was about to gave a birth, but with encouraging words from king Ganius, he named his son Lucky Jr before agreeing to join the war.
But before they were about to leave the castle, both the of subordinates Perigruies and kalman refused to leave their masters to fight Laplace alone and wanted to joined them in the fight with Laplace.
Which everyone else suggested the same because Laplace will kill them fast if the these three were to fall.
And after convincing the two heroes they agreed to let their followers join them.
The final arc begins. And it's name is the subjection of the demon god.
The chapter started with the fight immediately, indicating the heroes ambushed the other army.
The fight started with them dividing forces between them.
Perigruies, kalman I, Urupen with followers of the former two Vs Laplace.
The Water God, the chosen one, the mage elf and finally the Millis student the mage named Lucky. He's an emperor level fire mage. (The strongest person other than the three main heroes.) All of those vs the Lord of the Red Dragons. Who is Laplace's pet.
(The red dragons is called the lords of the land because they are too strong a single one of them can trample on a whole city alone, a whole pack can destroy a small country or an entire army and that Laplace so casually humiliated the lord of lords to make him lower his head to him and follow him.
Also there's a mention that there was a race called the lord of the dragon or the golden dragon where this races fights solo but every single one of them can defeat a small army on it's own, and their Lord was also in Laplace's ranks, but thankfully he was sealed by Perigruies in the last arc, he dropped a god level barrier on him, in which the dragon couldn't escape.)
That proves how strong Laplace really is. (He needed a to use a trump card to seal not to humiliate one of 12 dragon following him and each of the dragons killed heroes level warriors around the globe... sorry, I meant around the world forgot that this world is a flat one... anyway what I was saying the MC's trump card is way weaker then the antagonist casual spells.)
Laplace controlled all the dragons races all around the world by making them kneel to him, which something unknown for the dragon race whether the monsters or dragon-folk they never kneel except for someone they truly respect or fear.
The followers of each:
Some of Urupen followers joined mid fight, since he is the god of the dragons joined him in the fight. (BTW since I found it important, the dragons are one thing and the dragon folk are another the best way to explain it the dragons are Over Powered monsters and the dragon folk are Over Powered people or humanoids).
The beast race leaders and chiefs following their chosen one in the fight. (Those ones were from the fifty strong who were at Perigruies castle.)
This whole army joined to make sure none of Laplace army interfere with the main event.
As for kalman I, and Perigruies subordinates joined the fight.
Kalman I has two disciples: Magus and Gamus both emperor level in North God Style.
And Perigruies 12 followers joined them in fighting Laplace.
They served as assistance and meat shields especially to Perigruies who is summoning mage not that good close fighter. He is just emperor level warrior not that great. (Yeah and Paul brags with every possible chance because he is triple advanced in all major sword styles).
The first to fall was the army sent to fight Laplace's armies they fell by the Lord of the Red Dragons fire breath. He anihlated both armies with just his fire breathe.
(That's show absurd that thing is his fire breathe capable of removing cities from history, the author mentioned that his fire breathe was extra hot to the point it can evaporatesteel, also it not exactly total anihlation some of both armies survived but the demons ran back towards the shore to escape to the demon continent and the rest were too injured to continue so they just rested.)
After the fire breathe not a single proof that there was people in there was found, well except for the survivors who were far from the breath by at least 100 meters out of the targeted area.
The dragon done this because many of the chiefs of the beast people mixed their voice magic together making him stunned for a second which agonised the dragon.
That gave the heroes and idea on how to subdue the dragon then with combined efforts of the squad to kill it they succeed.
The mage elf, Reidar, chosen one and Lucky managed to kill it using wits.
They needed an amazing effort to calm the chosen one and telling him, dying next to them won't bring them back but avenging them will set their soul to peace.
And with that he relented and agreed to hear there plan.
The mage Lucky, shot a full power king class level fire spell at him and while the dragon covering himself from damage with his wings.
His strongest the emperor class is more of a cities destroyer but the king class one is aimed fire with extra control to the point the fire colour change into blue.
Then the chosen one used his race magic called the howling magic, which was on higher level than the one the cheifs uses making the dragon stunned in it's place for more than a few second but they were enough to kill it.
Then the Water God cut one of it's wings with a single slash.
That gave the mage elf chance to shot his full power spirit magic combining both earth mage and wind mage killing the dragon.
When they looked at the fight between Laplace and the heroes they found kalman knocked out.
Migus and Gamus are dead.
All of Perigruies summons are dead except for one heavily injured.
Urupen barely standing to just aiming it's sword at Laplace while the latter was mocking them for being weak.
The second chapter begins.
What happened is Laplace shot many spells one after another each spell was capable of penetrating any armour with ease.
And when he saw there armour somehow protected them he discovered their gear from weapons and armour made of strong materials and forged by none other the Ore God himself.
That's when he realised that all of the other races betrayed the demon race.
That made him angry and he moved to his stronger spells, the city destroyer ones.
He shooted three spells one for Urupen. One for kalman and one for Perigruies.
Perigruies survives barely by summoning his strongest barrier and all of his followers used themselves as meat shields for him.
Kalman took it head on with Magus and Gamus jumped to use themselves as meat shields in front of him, he was sent flying knocked out his armour destroyed and he is heavily injured too.
Not a single trace of either Magus or Gamus survived after the attack.
Urupen tanked his, and jumped towards Laplace giving him a hit, which for some reason didn't do a thing.
But he felt to his knees afterwards.
(That's a simple example for how world apart in strength Laplace is to the rest of the heroes).
When the water god saw this he ordered everyone else for two things to happen, the first that all of them to retreat and rest, and to help Perigruies reach his castle to resummon his spirits especially the healer one.
And as for what he will do, he will try his best to win time for everyone else.
All the alive subordinates and warriors decided to sacrifice their lives too, to win more time with the water god.
The fight was the most spectacular fight ever seen, that was the opinion of all the people who saw it.
Laplace shooting spells capable of bring cities to it's knees and the water god so casually deflects them or destroys them.
Then Laplace laughed and said how he will survive this.
And he shooted at him very strong fire spell that made everyone feel the sun descended on earth.
The Water God just smiled and used his trump card the 5th secret technique of the water god style.
The whole earth froze from Reidar attack with coldness freezes souls and the sky was burning from Laplace's attack a heat evaporating heavens.
Both shouted there attack which destroyed the terrain.
The third chapter begins.
When the mist depressed they found Laplace holding Reidar's neck with his hand and without another word he snapped it.
He was the first hero of the seven heroes of humanity to fall.
The subordinates attacked together even before Reidar's death, but with no avail he killed them all in a single attack.
By the time the heroes returned the only surviving thing from their side was Reidar's sword, the famous pure golden magic sword, given to Asura by one of the sages that helped the hero Ars at the first demon-human war.
Laplace mocked him while laughing at them. And even mocked their dead comardes.
Kalman didn't answer, he just went and gathered any pieces left of their comardes and put them on safe place and gave them a prayer and promised them to drink a beer together again later.
Perigruies and Urupen were positioning themselves to lead the heroes.
The mage elf will take the rear guard with Perigruies.
The mid-guard will go to Lucky and Perigruies' mage summons.
The front to Urupen, Perigruies' subordinates who fights from close area and kalman whose eyes turned to vengeance.
That was there rematch vs Laplace (with less than half of his mana).
The fight started by Laplace repeating the same spell that killed the water god.
Lucky immediately shot his strongest spell, the emperor level fire mage at it, just to slow it down, it 's like comparing a sea to the ocean.
Perigruies summoned his two trump cards.
The god level barrier and the mana eater spell.
Which both lowered the power of the spell to be barely the same power as Lucky's spell.
And Urupen casually destroyed it with a punch. (Hey there! What's his hands made of to be able do this?)
As for kalman he left them all deal with the spell and went straight attacking Laplace over and over again but all of that didn't do a thing.
Until Laplace suddenly went flying and make all but the mages capable of attacking him which he easily dodged.
That created a problem, most of them are warriors not mage so ever after destroying the attacks he send they couldn't reach Laplace.
And he was flying less faster but with better control than Urupen. (He has better control and it helped him a lot with avoiding attacks and standing still while shooting his.
There was explanation about how the two of them flies but if we want to summarise it Urupen flies more like a glider and Laplace more like a helicopter).
Finally using one of his backup swords kalman destroyed the magic staff in Laplace's hands.
That make him laugh maniacally before saying survive what's coming.
And he started to drop strange attacks from magic tools/items.
Killing the hero of Millis Lucky by destroying his lower half.
His last words is. His only regret is he won't see his son he named before the fight.
That made the chosen one snap, because even though they were enemies he was respectable warrior according to the chosen one is ways.
He jumped head on towards Laplace taking a spell coming at him taking it head on.
And while being burrning alive he came out of fire and with his only surviving weapon being his mouth since both of his arms were destroyed by the spell, he jumped at Laplace biting his wing cutting it making him fall to the ground.
When Laplace tried cushion his fall with magic just to find Urupen above him attacking him like a maniac and kalman trying to cut him, where both didn't care the slightest about being injured but because of that they were capable of making visible damage to the demon god.
He survived the two attackers because he was armed with strong magic tools/items that both neglect any damage and other return it to the attacker. (And it was explained here that his defence was impenetrable even without tool or magic items but he didn't want to try his luck with the heroes attacks).
That was the time for Perigruies subordinates to shine from Alamanfi of the bright who attacked him from every place at the same time.
Syvrial of the void attacked him with many magic spells at once.
And many others of the subordinates, all attacked him from many places gaining time and using themselves as pawns to make Laplace show his trump cards so the heroes could beat him.
The heroes also realised at the moment that the elf mage was died for sometime and the only proof he is dead was the fully surviving armour he was wearing.
Apparently Laplace used at him special magic that melted him from the inside and the armour is now a one piece, inseparable armour.
And no trace not even a single ash particle survived of the elf.
The last chapter.
After getting healed by the subordinate of Perigruies the three heroes whom later called 'the demon god slayers' stood next to each other shoulder to shoulder ready to kill their enemy.
After all the subordinates fell except for Syvrial, Alamanfi, and Yuzuru of Atonement. They discovered all of Laplace's trump cards and he was getting pretty tired and the fatigue started to appear on his face.
And the third round begins.
This time none of them all is holding back they were fighting without caring to injuries or pain they didn't stop for what so ever.
But still Laplace isn't the second world power without a clear reason.
He killed Alamanfi and Yuzuru in a second.
Left Syvrial beyond critical injury. (They were life threatening ones especially after tearing off her two wings).
Kalman already knocked out because of taking very strong magic spell head on making his armour dent tightly on him.
And Perigruies was beyond depleted, because of mana exhaustion and he fall to his knees when Laplace attacked him with strong magic.
Finally Urupen was barely standing, because he tanked many spells to save Perigruies's life, and the last one made him critically injured too.
That made Laplace snap laughing mocking all the heroes said. "You were supposed to be here to kill me, but all of you are died, you fell one after another just like a flies. Muhaua hahah."
(Just like that, mocking them + evil laughter and making fun of them, somehow I feel I'm reading a cheaply written story about a stereotypical villain).
That's when Urupen used the fact he wasn't focused on him and attacked him opening chance for Perigruies to shoot his ultimate spell the 'Dragonic remnant' sealing Laplace.
(Ideally I would prefer if he died, because from the stories Paul 'my former brother' were writing back then, that the villain always would be back for revenge).
The Extra chapter: The eternal nemesis.
And with that the battle ends with 'the three demon god slayers' were the only surviving heroes. (Why calling them slayers if the weaklings couldn't kill him with the help of all of those dead comardes, at the very least they should have killed him to respect their dead friends).
They started by resummoning the chaos breaker's healer who healed them and generated new wings for Syvrial. (Who happens to be one of the Sky folk).
Telling them that Urupen can no longer regenerate and his fighting days are over and he should search for a successor and finally kalman I after a long surgery he managed to remove the molten dent armour that was stuck on the swordsman abdomen.
Perigruies prepared the reconstruction of the human world with king Ganius, Urupen disappeared from sights to search for a successor, and Kalman started his life of heroic tales.
And the last page of the book saying Perigruies is now flying in his castle watching and waiting for the right day to avenge his friend and kill Laplace this time.
The end.
(Damn my fear was right Laplace isn't sealed for forever and he could be back anytime. Knowing my luck somehow my life were to be connected to this).
And the Greyrat couple were laughing at the site of their child who was groaning while twisting left and and right for no apparent reason.
