Chapter 2:Calm before the storm
Sung jin-Woo wakes up on the couch on they're living room before hearing a soup smell across the room and it seemed to be coming from the kitchen so he became curious like a cat but he stayed on the couch for a bit, before he stood up and looked himself in the mirror because he had heard a voice from his ear calling for him.
He looked in the mirror to see not Kaito (his old self) but a new him Sung jin-Woo and he immediately stepped back almost falling but Tusk emerged from the back under his shadow swiftly holding him.
Tusk is a large orc with glowing red skin and glowing blue eyes. He wears a long black hooded cloak and a necklace of skulls.
"M.. Master I came because I thought you where in danger sorry if I interpreted something" Tusk rubs the back of his head while looking away shyly while Sung jin-Woo or rather Kaito is just starring at him in pure horror thinking to himself "how did I summon it, IS... IS IT HUMAN!.. AM I DREAMING RIGHT NOW!!.... Kaito.. Stay calm and put on an act..."
Tusk puts Sung jin-Woo down gently while sung jin-Woo is doing slow breaths in and out but his inner self is panicking like it's about to burst into millions pieces just as his about to face Tusk one of his shadow soldiers he heard soft voice from the kitchen.
"jin-Woo~ breakfast is ready~" Sung jin-Woo coughs a bit before going to the kitchen still shocked by Tusk he moved like a scared puppy slowly almost sneaking in the kitchen to find park kyung hye (sung jin-Woo mother).
Making ramen and beef stew also soup while sung jina is scrolling through her phone kicking her feet up and down under the table while eating ramen.
Sung jin-Woo breaths a sigh of relief upon seeing a sign of life in the house, "I'm here mother" he says as he sits in the chair next to sung jina who's not even looking at him so sung jin-Woo looks into the screen to see the news reporters.
News reporters POV.
News reporter "we are live with the fiend guild vice master Lee minsung" Lee minsung who was posing for the camera then looks at the reporter with a smile on his face.
Minsung is a handsome young man with black eyes and wavy black hair.
"yes I'm truly grateful to be on the news with you hear and yes we successfully finished a A rank dungeon thanks to our members over hear" while he smiles while the camera turns to Lim tae-Gyu the fiend guild leader who seem to have scars on his hands and torn a bit of his right hand armour while minsung's armour is clean.
News reporters asked Lim tae-Gyu "Lim Tae-Gyu you seem to have been in rough shape can you share what happened inside the dungeon" Lim tae gyu sighs while answering "we did our best and yes we have successfully accomplished our mission in the guild but we are not sure of other dungeons because there's more S rank dungeons in this than A rank and we can't manage all of them at once"
Sung jina turned off the phone to see Sung jin-Woo starring, shocked she almost fell down because of sung jin-Woo "broh what are you doing here aren't you supposed to be somewhere else fighting creatures" she mimick kicking goblins in the face.
Sung jin-Woo chuckles at Sung jina while they're mother adds on "give your brother a break will you, he also needs a break from all of this".
Few hours later after the breakfast Sung jin-Woo looked at his notification because it popped up lately saying
"help the fiend guild on a S rank dungeon to level up to level 40" then Sung jin-Woo hesitated for a moment before seeing the "plus mystery box" in the bottom then he accepted the offer with a speed of lightning forgetting his an E rank.
Kaito rather sung jin-Woo has now met his new family and now is going on a side quest and also has met one of his shadow soldier, in his new body can he at least fight while being an E rank himself?.
