The next day, Long Wu acted as if he knew nothing and pretended to be upset, asking Wang Si out for drinks.
As soon as Wang Si arrived, he was immediately captured by Long Wu's men and subjected to some methods, causing Wang Si to cry and spill everything.
It turned out he was merely following someone's orders and doing them a favor.
It was someone named Mingda, a friend of his childhood buddy who had recently returned from abroad. One day while playing cards, Wang Si lost everything and, in desperation, borrowed 30 million from him to try and turn things around.
Unfortunately, he still lost in the end. Unable to come up with the 30 million, he pleaded with Mingda to cut him some slack.
The circles they operated in all knew how tough Wang Si's wife was, and Mingda didn't press him but instead asked him to do a small task.
