Hua Tiantian spoke with a meaningful smile at the corner of her mouth, thinking about how it always made her want to laugh when blending in with them.
"Tian Tian, the director said there's a scene to reshoot later."
"Got it."
Answering while holding her phone, Hua Tiantian briefly exchanged a few words with Lin Xiaoxiao before hanging up.
"Whose call was that?"
"Sister Xiao Xiao reminding me about the weekend gathering."
The assistant gave a knowing look and handed the script to her: "The scene to reshoot is this one."
"When we wrapped this scene back then, I didn't feel very satisfied. But the director was in an irritable mood at the time, and continuing would've taken us to the seventh take."
"Your intuition was right. The reshoot is probably meant as a do-over to compare and pick the best take."
Hua Tiantian eyed the assistant's shifty gaze, chuckling as she spoke: "Say what you want—why are you sneaking around? You're acting all weird."
