"Then you do it?" Ye Gushen handed her the branch.
"No! This requires physical strength!" She shook her head repeatedly, following Ye Gushen like a little tail.
He used the knife in his hand to chisel the ice, making a hole about the size of a plate. They could see the fish in the water. He suddenly thrust the branch down, and when he pulled it up, there was already a fish speared at the end, its tail still wagging, head shaking.
"Hubby, you're amazing!" Tang Suiyu's eyes sparkled like stars as she stared at Ye Gushen.
So much admiration!
Hubby is awesome!
They caught a total of four fish.
In case they couldn't find anything to eat at night, it was always good to have backups.
They scaled the fish, lit a fire, placed wood, and roasted it over the flames.
Tang Suiyu watched as he added a bit of salt and chili powder, listened to the sizzling sound, and felt her mouth start to water even though she wasn't usually a foodie. She gazed at him eagerly.
"Hubby, is it ready?"
