After listening to all the things and having a chance that Durga has something hidden in her consciousness, well, there can be two possibilities.
First, after going through all the hell she has been through, she has developed another personality who has control over her in the rage, and by the power she inherited, the personality can use it.

Then KILVIS opened his eyes and said something that surprised Kartikey. He said, "To find her, you must complete your cultivation of chakra."

He says that he has created this dome in which 1 year here is only 1 day outside.
