It wouldn't be Viki's first time leading Hunters.
She did that a lot back when she was still Ahn Navi.
However, this would be her first time doing that as Viki.
And she wasn't just leading regular Hunters this time— each one of the Hunters standing before her was high-ranking.
Yes, these people had bowed to her and greeted her politely earlier.
But, obviously, most of them were still looking at her with distrust.
First things first…
"I can tell that most of you are wondering if I'm really Ahn Navi, so I'll let my Mana speak for me once we enter the dungeon," Viki said coolly. It was one way to reduce the number of Hunters going inside the dungeon with her. After all, these people didn't have any reason to trust her. "Yes, I'll only show my powers once we're inside the dungeon. That's why I'll understand if most of you won't join the expedition."
And she was right.
Almost half of the Hunters immediately retreated.
