Another man spoke, putting his input in.
"It would help at least having him being trained by someone stronger than Kingston, then coming bakc to help us take care of the criminals that escaped."
Then a woman holding a clipboard spoke.
"it would benefit us to just wait for his training to finish."
Everyone nodded, and they would be patient. Already hearing of Utoriti's easy defeat again Dylan.

Lipius smiled thankful for the woman to help her win the election as chairman.

Chaos brewed everywhere, the criminals did their job in striking fear into the public. Those without blessings of powers were killed. Sinka broadcasted her will, her declaration to re-write this world to her will.
A figure was looking at this with a brimming curiosity in his eyes. Dylan wondered why he was being like this. He clenched his hand and unclenched it.
This power, he definitely can get stronger. Maybe the next world and this time his woman can come with.
"Gangyu it's your time."
"Yes master."
He nodded, he was a great student, always listening and not talking back. Dylan didn't mind training the man. After all this chaos, he will go back.
"Test it out on that guy."
Dylan pointed out at the cowboy guy, who was with two other people. Who were trying to fight him, heroes of the hero association.
Dylan knew that those 2 would have no chance against that cowboy man.
Gangyu instantly appeared in front of the cowboy man. Making the 2 hero's shocked of why he appeared here.

The cowboy man widened at Gangyu's appearance, recalling a memory of people back then asking him to kill Gangyu. Even though he had no bounty, as he scrolled through the kill for money app. Gangyu never had a bounty because no one or not many saw his combat capabilities.

A mysterious man in a white suit startled them. Dylan had yet to reveal his appearance, hiding behind his suit and mask.

They felt the pressure off him. They complied and left the scene,
"Gangyu, don't end this in ten seconds, try to really test out your skills."
"Yes Master"
"Am I being treated as a sand bag here?"
Cowboy man was irritated as he instantly was in the attack stance.
"I'll kill you before underestimating me."
A fight ensued as Dylan watched his pupil fight it out.
