Chen Yan settled down to study the stone tablets.
One, two, five, ten...
In the end, the stone tablets piled high beside his bed were almost as tall as a person.
Chen Yan was completely absorbed. After finishing one tablet and setting it down, he reached for the next one, only to find his hand grasped empty air.
He suddenly looked up, realizing that the entire pile he had brought over was already finished!
Chen Yan's expression grew complex as he stared at the pile of "read" stone tablets, his eyes flickering as he pondered.
·
This pile of read tablets recorded at least five or six different tribes' "histories."
Similar to the Night Eye Tribe's records, they were all concerning matters of rather primitive and ancient tribes.
The noble lives and deaths in the tribe, tribal wars, harvests, failures, declines, migrations...
And so on.
And similarly, the records of the Night Eye Tribe all share a common trait:
They are all records of ordinary humans!
