The rule of the Immortal Platform is that the Array will only be activated twice a year, to allow the officers from the Inspection Bureau and other related departments of the Immortal Platform to cross between two realms. Others, if they wish to pass through the Domain Realm when the Array opens, must have a special permit from the Immortal Platform.
Supposedly, obeying the Elder Ancestor's order to go over, getting the Immortal Platform's permission is just a matter of a single word.
But the Array opening happens only twice a year, and this cannot be influenced by the Immortal Platform— the Immortal Platform is only responsible for guarding and maintaining the Array, but the time when it opens is fixed and cannot be changed.
So now, if we want to go over, there's a problem — right now is not the time when the Array is open.
So, without the sustenance and protection of the Array, crossing the Domain Realm is considered private crossing, rather than official.
