While Chen Moqing was in a daze, Shi Hao snatched the half-eaten fruit from his hand and stuffed it into his own mouth. Then he rummaged under the vine mat and found two fruits with a faint red glow, stuffing them into Chen Moqing's mouth as he muttered.
"These two should be ripe, see if they're sweet."
As he said this, Shi Hao picked out a few larger fruits without the special red glow and tossed them to Wang Lin, who frowned nearby: "Eat up, senior brother. It's not like we're out of options; there are still plenty of places like that mouse nest we just found. Once we finish eating, we can go look for more."
Wang Lin said nothing.
Seeing this, Shi Hao rolled his eyes: "If you don't eat, how can we two eat heartily, right, junior brother?"
As he said this, Shi Hao grinned and looked at Chen Moqing.
Seeing this, Chen Moqing nodded, then handed the remaining glowing fruit to Wang Lin.
"This one's ripe, it's sweet."
