Chun-Li answered Ryuji's question firmly, but she didn't mention informing her superiors.
"Then come with me. This girl's a brainwashed assassin. Just now I used my mental power to break part of the force controlling her mind, but I didn't completely destroy it. I'll need to remove her mental control entirely."
As he spoke, Ryuji picked up the unconscious Cammy and walked into the Shiranui-ryu dojo.

"Psychic mind control. This girl's mind has been brainwashed and forcibly controlled by a superpowered individual. Unless that control is removed, even if you kill her, she won't tell you anything. Unfortunately, I don't really understand this field either. Looks like brute force is the only option."
After saying that, Ryuji laid Cammy down in the dojo. The moment he put her down, she suddenly woke up and her were glowing with purple light.
The first thing Cammy did after waking up was to lunge toward Mai, intending to take her hostage.
But Mai's strength at this time is completely different from before.
"Don't underestimate me!"
Mai swiftly drew her fan. With a single sweep, flames formed from her qi engulfed Cammy's from every direction. Ryuji sat down cross-legged, looking at the unconscious Cammy with a troubled expression. Killing her outright with a mental attack would have been easy, but separating the foreign mental power from her mind was an entirely different matter.
Chun-Li, who had remained on guard, looked at Ryuji with a serious expression.
"Will it put her life at risk? If it will, then we should hand her over to our interrogation department instead. They might not be able to get anything useful out of her, but at least she could still serve as bait."
Chun-Li really didn't want to see a girl like this die, so she made this suggestion.

Black-and-red lightning gathered around his hand. Before Chun-Li could even react, he thrust a finger straight through Cammy's temple, driving it directly into her brain!
The strange sensation made Ryuji feel uneasy, but he paid it no mind. Instead, he unleashed the black lightning straight toward the part of her brain where the purple foreign mental energy was rooted.
Since he couldn't perform a delicate operation...
Then he'd just perform brain surgery instead!
The black-and-red lightning instantly clashed with the purple mental energy. This method, which completely disregarded the subject's life and brain, stunned the owner of the purple energy. The moment it realized Ryuji was serious, that he was willing to destroy Cammy's brain if that was what it took to expel him, he instantly became enraged and began a head-on struggle against Ryuji's Conqueror's Haki and the Satsui no Hado.
But the moment the battle began, the owner of the purple energy realized he had fallen into a trap.
Boundless killing intent invaded his mind, sending his mental power to go berserk instantly. At the same time, Cammy's own mental power also went haywire. Coupled with the life-threatening crisis caused by the attack on her brain, her instincts took over, compelling her to expel everything inside her mind that didn't belong.

The golden flames instantly began burning away the purple mental energy while simultaneously healing the damage to Cammy's brain.
From the outside, however, it looked as though flames were pouring continuously from the temple Ryuji had pierced. Fire even burst from her eyes, nose, ears, and mouth, making Chun-Li think Ryuji was destroying the evidence, burning Cammy's brain to silence her forever!
Even so, Ryuji could still sense that his actions had caused some damage to Cammy's brain. Without hesitation, he slipped his finger into her mouth and released the Goddess's Milk.
The Goddess's Milk was the most effective healing item he had, second only to those with rule-defying restorative properties. That wasn't because the Goddess's Milk was inferior, but because its focus was different. Rather than healing, it excelled at nurturing, growth and unlocking potential.
Yet for injuries involving damaged organs, it was actually even more effective.
The moment the milk entered Cammy's mouth, Ryuji sensed her brain rapidly repairing itself. At the same time, a force began pushing his finger out.
Feeling the foreign mental energy rapidly disintegrating within his dragon fire, Ryuji looked at the flames in surprise. He hadn't expected that his dragon fire could even burn mental energy. It was an unexpected but welcome discovery.
"Interesting…"
Ryuji withdrew his finger. Under the combined effects of the Goddess's Milk and the lingering dragon fire, the wound to Cammy's temple and brain healed rapidly. Even a portion of her dormant potential had been awakened, and a mental power that belonged solely to her was beginning to circulate through her brain.
Then, Cammy slowly opened her eyes.
She felt like she had just awakened from a very long nightmare. In that nightmare, she had killed over and over again, endlessly obeying one person's orders to murder others.
Although everything she had been taught told her that killing for Shadaloo and Bison was the right thing to do, she still couldn't suppress the feeling of revulsion.
"I... what is this...?"
She clutched her head and looked toward Ryuji and Chun-Li. The memory of her mission instantly surfaced in her mind, and she instinctively assumed a fighting stance, preparing to attack Ryuji.
But Ryuji just chuckle softly.
"Even after being freed from the mind control, you still want to fight? Or was our last fight not enough to show you the gap between us?"
Ryuji looked at the girl before him with interest. The cold, sharp aura she carried was still there, but the emotionless, robot-like feeling she had before was gone.
"Besides, if you're going to fight someone, you should at least tell them your name first."
His words caught Cammy off guard.
Cammy knew she shouldn't reveal her name during a mission, but something about Ryuji's gentle voice made her answer almost instinctively.
"My name is Cammy."
"Cammy..."
Ryuji looked slightly puzzled. He didn't recognize the name.[1]
"Cammy, huh? Do you have any family? Why are you working for Shadaloo?"
Chun-Li looked at Cammy as she spoke, unable to hide the anger in her voice. It wasn't directed at Cammy herself, but at Shadaloo for controlling her.
"I... I... I don't have any family. No... Decapre and the others are my family. As for serving Shadaloo... I've served Shadaloo ever since I was little. I-Is... is there something wrong with that?"
She asked the question with a bewildered expression, genuinely unable to understand what could possibly be wrong with serving Shadaloo.
Her answer made Chun-Li understand everything.
Cammy was essentially a child soldier.
"Damn you, Bison!"
She slammed her fist into the dojo floor in fury, unable to suppress her anger. She wanted to ask Cammy for more information, but Cammy suddenly spoke in an unusually serious tone.
"I've already given you my name. Now, I'm going to assassinate you, Ryuji!"
Hearing Cammy openly declare that she was about to assassinate him so openly almost made Ryuji burst out laughing.

Ryuji answered without hesitation.
"Death by snu-snu... or, to put it another way, dying from sexual exhaustion."
