By the time Sia arrived at the designated spot, her face was so dark and her eyes were so red, it could be seen that she had gone through a lot.
She didn't hurriedly alight from the car, but spent a while calming her emotions and dabbed some makeup to decrease the swelling and the likes. Unfortunately, that didn't work out well but she couldn't go back, especially seeing Cara's call coming through.
Fifteen minutes later, Sia looked much better and was making way towards the restaurant she was meeting with Cara.
As she walked through the door, she bumped into someone, slightly in a daze and hurriedly apologized.
"I am sorry. Very sorry," understanding that it was her fault.
Moreover, she didn't dare act like a tyrant in a big city. This wasn't her town where she could do as she wished.
"Its fine, no harm done," a familiar voice rang in her ears, making her freeze on the spot as she lifted her head to look closely at the person she had just bumped into.
