During the rest of the class, while sharing a book with Dita, I could notice that she was pressing her body closer to mine, whether on purpose or not, it was a reality , but the strange thing was that I didn't care.

Dita wasn't doing much better. She entered this class to be next to Akira and observe him closely, better understand his personality, and, above all, check whether Momo was right or not , but she couldn't foresee that she was going to have such intimate contact with Akira.
And just by sharing books! She didn't even know why, but Akira… simply radiated an aura of tranquility. Next to him, she felt comfortable and, for some reason, safe , so she unconsciously began to cling more to him.
Their shoulders had already touched , and the atmosphere between them was changing, slowly forgetting everyone around them. Soon, the next step arrived: their hands brushed. Neither knew who started it, but before they realized it, their hands were already joined underneath the desk.
Lala saw this perfectly and simply smiled. Dita said yesterday that her idol was Yami, and she sensed that Dita even had feelings of love for her , but look at her now, getting romantic with Akira in barely a day. Was Akira's attraction to girls that powerful? It was fascinating how both were in their own world without realizing their surroundings.
The boys wanted to kill him , the girls looked at them enviously, and Haruka had mixed feelings , while someone looked at them with indifference: Rito , who didn't seem interested in anything that was happening. In fact, he seemed to have no interest in anything.

That night, Akira, Lala, Momo, Nana, Yami, and his friend Kari had come to his house to help Mikan clean and have dinner. That was already normal in their house, so he wasn't surprised by that at all. What surprised him was what he saw that day.
Mikan and Kari were sitting on Akira's lap while feeding him with their chopsticks , both acting flirtatiously and pressing their bodies against his. He even saw that girl, Kari, licking a grain of rice that had stuck to Akira's lips.
Seeing this, Rito quickly looked around and realized that none of the girls seemed to care about the scene unfolding before them. In fact, they even looked at them with a smile.
How could this be? Is his sister part of his harem? Even his sister's best friend wasn't spared?
Rito wanted to intervene, but someone grabbed his shoulder. It was Yami , who had seen him , and since she knew he could ruin the familiar atmosphere they had, she used her ex-assassin skills and approached him without Rito noticing , positioning herself behind him and covering his mouth with a hand made of her hair so he wouldn't scream and alarm everyone.
"Yuuki Rito, you better get out to your room and don't disturb the harmony of our family , otherwise, I won't be courteous with you even if you are Mikan's brother," Yami said.
Then she removed her hand from his mouth.
"You… you are his woman too. Doesn't all this bother you?" Rito asked angrily.
"Someone like you would never understand. Why bother explaining it to you? Listen to me, since I first saw you, I hated you. I don't know why, but just seeing your face disgusts me , but out of respect for Mikan, I haven't done anything to you until now. After all, I didn't have reasons to do so either, and I made a promise to Akira that I cannot break. However, anyone who disturbs the peace of my family… I will have no mercy on that person, and I don't care who it is," Yami said.
"Not even if it's the King," she thought.
"This is what you will do: you will go back to your room and stay there without disturbing our peace , or you can stay, cause a scandal, and then get beaten up. You decide," Yami said with a killer look.
It was just to intimidate Rito ; she didn't intend to hurt him.
"Don't you think it's a little unfair to me? Almost every day you come to my house and enjoy a free dinner , while I can't even go down to drink some water. Don't you think you're being unfair?" Rito asked somewhat angrily.
"Unfair? Boy, you don't understand anything. Every day we come to help your sister do something that you should be doing. In exchange, she invites us to dinner, but we don't even let her spend all her money ; instead, we each buy something, and we all have dinner together, it's that simple," Yami said, disregarding Rito's comment.
Rito was speechless. It's true that he should have helped his sister with the housework , he should have relieved her stress , allowed her to be a child , but… what fault did he have? Their parents only showed up for holidays like Christmas, etc. How were they supposed to live a normal life without their parents?
Clearly, both of them had certain problems , but Mikan was lucky enough to run into Akira to solve them and give her the family she deserves, a real family.

"Impossible. This family is based on Akira and his harem. No other man besides Akira can be here. Better look for another family if that's what you want," Yami denied.
This was a family scene: her fiancé and future husband, Akira, and his women. Rito had no place there. Even if he was Mikan's family, a man didn't fit into their great family , and that was an unmovable fact.

Rito didn't know what to say , but a crazy idea popped into his mind. What if he were a girl? Could he fit into this family?
"What if I were a woman? Could I fit into the family?" Rito asked.

Yami was surprised because she never thought that would be his response. She simply thought he would leave without complaining, think about her words, and perhaps find what she already has—a family that loves her and a husband who would even sacrifice his life to keep her safe. But no, instead he asked something so absurd… What should she respond to that?
"You… I already said what I had to say. Take your water and go to your room. Don't disturb our peace," Yami said angrily.
Then she left and sat next to Nana and began to enjoy a quite good show where Kyouko from Magical Girl Kyouko was being interviewed , her favorite series. Despite not being an anime, Magical Girl Kyouko was the most popular series in all of Japan , and Kyouko, the protagonist, had thousands of fans both in Japan and abroad.
"Mmm… but she didn't say no…" Rito said.
Then he grabbed a bottle of cold water and took it to his room without making a sound.
