Chapter 168 - CHAPTER 163 – WITH NANA (+18)

Note: This chapter is incomplete, I know, but no, it's not a mistake. Due to the low number of Patreon subscribers, I've decided to give more privileges to the subs so that more people join. For that reason, I've decided to stop uploading the +18 chapters to Webnovel and publish them exclusively on Patreon from now on, in order to give more advantages to those who are subscribed. Also, if you don't want to subscribe, you can choose to buy only the +18 chapters individually, so you won't need to subscribe — just purchase them. When there are +18 chapters, I will upload the non-+18 part to Webnovel, but if you want to read the +18 part, you have three options. The first one: wait and that's it. The second: subscribe to Patreon. And the third: buy individual chapters. I'm sorry for doing this, but I need to give more privileges to my Patreon supporters and encourage more people to subscribe or at least buy chapters. Once again, I'm deeply sorry, but I have no choice but to do it. With that said, this chapter contains the normal part. If you want to read the full chapter, you will need to subscribe to Patreon, buy it, or skip it. It's that simple. The link to my Patreon is in the description.

...

They stared deeply into each other's eyes, both fully aware of the intense feelings they held for one another. The emotions were so profound that, for once, Nana was able to set aside her tsundere personality and speak with complete honesty.

"Thank you for your feelings, Nana. I love you too," I said with a sincere smile.

I won't lie — these feelings were almost overwhelming.

"D-Don't mention it! A-Anyway, let's eat!" Nana said quickly.

The moment the words left her mouth, she realized how embarrassing they sounded. Her face turned bright red all the way down to her neck. She immediately began eating the pizza in front of her with great enthusiasm, trying to hide her shyness. Deep down, however, she didn't regret saying it. Those were her true feelings — something she rarely expressed out loud.

"Sure," I nodded.

I knew that Nana had returned to her usual tsundere self after that brief moment of complete honesty, so I didn't press the subject any further. We continued eating, but we didn't fall into awkward silence. We simply talked about other things.

The afternoon passed in a very pleasant way. Since we didn't want to stay inside the house the entire day, we went for a short walk and stopped by the café we usually visited. Their desserts were really good, so I decided that from now on, this would be my favorite café.

Nana was surprised when she saw the café. She had never heard of a place like this before. In fact, she used to think that aliens living on Earth were forbidden from opening their own businesses. She believed they could only work as employees, never as owners.

Her assumption wasn't entirely wrong, but it wasn't completely accurate either. By royal decree from Gid, aliens were strictly prohibited from sharing advanced technology or holding important positions in companies related to science or technology. The previous king had been much more lenient, which allowed some opportunistic aliens to come to Earth and become extremely wealthy by sharing forbidden knowledge with humans. That was the main reason human technology had advanced so rapidly in just a few decades.

Once Gid took the throne, he quickly passed much stricter laws and put a stop to those who had profited from it. According to him, every civilization had to develop through its own efforts — a necessary trial for any race to truly evolve. It might sound harsh, but that was simply how he viewed the natural order of the universe.

But getting back to what really mattered — Nana and Akira's date progressed beautifully. The entire day helped them connect on a much deeper level. There were no more secrets between them. They now knew each other quite well — not completely, since that would take a lot more time — but enough for their relationship to take a huge step forward, just like it had with Lala.

The day slowly turned into evening and then night. When Nana and Akira finally returned home, they walked side by side. Akira kept his hand on Nana's waist, pulling her as close as possible, while Nana, feeling embarrassed, snuggled against his chest. Today had been wonderful. Their relationship had become stronger and deeper, and her love for Akira had grown even more — something she never thought could happen.

By chance, as they walked past the hotel, the receptionist who had seen Akira the day before and the day before that spotted him again. This time Akira was walking with Nana, his arm around her waist as she nestled against his chest.

"That lucky bastard…" the man muttered, tears of envy in his eyes. "He's a playboy, sure, but damn, what insane luck! Why can't I have that kind of fortune?!"

He had already seen Akira with three different girls, each one no less beautiful than the last. How could someone have so much luck? Was he rich or something? Otherwise, this situation was very hard to explain.

"Wait a second… doesn't that girl look a lot like the one he was with yesterday? Her figure is a bit different, but… they look really similar," the man said to himself.

He looked at them again as they were almost out of his field of vision.

"Sisters…? What a lucky guy!" he sighed helplessly.

Even if he was right this time, he was just a stranger and shouldn't get involved in other people's affairs.
