Chapter 234 - The Rest That Saved the World

He lay there… the god who almost awakened the end — now just a man breathing softly in a quiet room. Rayyan stood still. He had seen the universe tremble… but now — He watched his brother sleep.

And then — his eyes opened. Slow. Gentle. The room didn't breathe.

"What… happened?" he whispered.

Rayyan was the first to smile. "You fainted, bro. Gave us a little heart attack."

One of the Don chuckled, stepping closer. "Yeah, for a moment we thought the floor fell in love with you."

Mirshad blinked. Sat up. Rubbed his face. "Feels like I slept for days…"

Rayyan handed him a glass of water. "Just a few hours. You're good."

He sipped slowly, nodding. No panic. No memory. No storm in his voice. Just calm. The calm they prayed for.

The room wasn't empty. Behind them the Tribunal. The Underworld Kings. The Dons. Powerhouses from every dark corner of the earth… now watching him like protectors.

Mirshad looked around. "Is the meeting done?"

Rayyan nodded. "Yeah. All sorted. You scared them too. In a good way."

Mirshad gave a tired smile. "Glad I didn't miss much."

They didn't answer. Because the truth… would remain buried. For his sake. For their promise. For peace.

They helped him to his feet. His steps weren't heavy. Just a little off balance. As he walked toward the door, Rayyan teased, "Next time, give us a warning before passing out. We nearly started CPR."

One of the reaper laughed. "I was about to cry. Don't do that again."

Mirshad turned and smiled at them all. Even the Tribunal nodded respectfully.

In that moment… he didn't feel like a god. He felt like home.

As they stepped out of the hall, Mirshad leading the way, Rayyan paused — turning to the ones who remained behind. He looked at the Tribunal, the kings, the shadows who once feared and followed. His voice was low. Sharp.

"Let's make one thing clear… He won't remember what happened here. And we… will never remind him."

They all nodded. In perfect silence. Because they knew… the Creator had returned once. If he ever awakened again — it would not be to save the world. It would be to rebuild it.
