Jason suddenly blinked as he received a message telepathically, and Jason was surprised when he recognized the voice as C'thlyanu. Jason's subordinate had just given C'thlyanu the message at the Hall of Fallen Heroes a few minutes ago, but Jason thought it would take a little longer to get a response back from the Celestial. Jason stood up from the table and moved away while telling Stella and Valeria to start eating without him.
'Did you get my message about the Fallen Celestial?'
Jason asked this to C'thlyanu, and C'thlyanu responded that he received the message. C'thlyanu then told Jason that it might already be too late. Jason frowned curiously and asked C'thlyanu what he meant, and C'thlyanu said one sentence that sent a chill down Jason's spine!
'The Celestial of Death has been awakened.'
