There were multiple rules that Sicario had to follow to make sure that the [Time Freeze] Attribute worked properly. The first rule was that Sicario could not manipulate the objects frozen in time. Time was a very delicate concept, and the moment Sicario manipulated an object he had frozen in time, the spell would be broken and time would resume moving!
