When Evan saw that Julian had returned, he quickly went forward to take the towel from his hand and whispered, "Mrs. Jorgansen was already prepared and waiting for you to come back."
Julian snorted coldly. He pursed his lips and turned to go upstairs to take a shower.
Margaret frowned as she stared at Julian's back, "Evan, what does he mean by that look? Is he ignoring me?"
Evan didn't know what to say.
"Mrs. Jorgansen, you must have seen wrongly. Mr. Jorgansen was clearly looking at you just now," said he awkwardly.
"How could he ignore you?" he added.
Margaret shook her head, "The way he looks at me is different."
Evan wondered, "What is different? Isn't it the same as usual? Cold, ruthless, and unreasonable?"
But he concealed his surprise perfectly and said as calm as usual, "Mrs. Jorgansen, Mr. Jorgansen will be coming down in a while. Would you like to eat something more?"
