Axel ordered the servant to first take him to Vyra, who was waiting in the same guest room, but alone. As soon as he saw her, she showed him the usual displeased expression. He asked with a sigh, "Now what? And where is Lumina?"
Axel waved his hand, signaling the servant to wait outside.
Vyra growled, "What do you think? She's having feelings for you again, just from seeing you once. Did you do that on purpose?"
Axel spoke, frustrated, "Vyra, technically, it's the first time she's meeting me. Did you want me to behave rudely towards the princess?"
"Maybe you should have…" she snorted in displeasure.
Axel rubbed his temples, feeling a headache. Lumina was truly too innocent. Even in the academy back then, she fell for him, for seemingly no reason at all. He added after some thought, "Don't worry, I'll think of something to make her lose interest in me…"
She could only nod reluctantly and shifted the topic, "By the way, how did the talk with the prince go?"
