At the instant the two silhouettes fully materialized, two chains suddenly shot forth from his palm. They wrapped themselves tightly around Dialga and Palkia, transforming into two crimson rings of light that locked directly onto the bodies of the twin dragons of creation.
At the same time, the sorcerer leader stepped onto the altar, raising the Adamant Orb and the Lustrous Orb high above his head. "Dialga! Palkia! In the name of the Creator God—submit to me!"
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
As his words echoed through the void, the entire space suddenly began to tremble violently.
Dialga and Palkia struggled fiercely, yet the rings of light formed by the Red Chain bound their bodies firmly in place, rendering them unable to break free.

"Oh? All three city lords have arrived?"
"But so what? The power of Dialga and Palkia is far beyond what you can contend with!"
The sorcerer leader looked at the three Lake Guardians floating in midair, a mocking smile spreading across his face. As he spoke, the Red Chain mark in his palm flared brilliantly, completely engulfing Dialga and Palkia.
"If we don't try, how will we ever know? This world is in your hands now—please, you must awaken Dialga and Palkia!"
