"D-Damn, what is this???" he exclaimed in shock.
"W-What are you?" he asked loudly, staring at the floating feline.
> "Do not be alarmed, Master. I am the spirit of the Chaotic House of the Chaotic Saint Emperor, and you have been selected as the next inheritor of his legacy," the cat explained while hopping around Li Fan like an energetic child.
"So, you're a spirit... and you can help me grow strong, huh?"
> "Yes, Master. You are now the new owner of the Chaotic House."
A smile spread across Li Fan's face. "So, I can take anything from the treasury? Nice."
> "Umm… I'm afraid not."
Li Fan frowned. "What do you mean, 'not'? I can't take anything? I'm the new owner, aren't I?"
> "You *are* the new owner. Everything in the treasury belongs to you. But you can't take anything you want as you please. Conditions were set by the previous owner. If you want something, you'll have to fulfill those conditions."

The moment Yu Xuan heard those words, she stood petrified in place. Her eyes widened in astonishment, but she quickly calmed herself. "Master, you've already stepped into the Body Tempering Realm? That's wonderful news! We must tell Madam; she would be overjoyed!"
"No," Li Fan replied, shaking his head and flashing a mischievous grin. "Don't tell her. I want to surprise her. For now, I want to get used to my new powers in the training hall. Prepare my carriage in five minutes."
"Yes, Master. I will prepare it immediately. Don't worry," Yu Xuan answered and rushed off.
Five minutes later, she returned and stood outside the gate. As the doors opened, a small figure emerged from the room—Li Fan, now visibly steadier and more confident. They arrived at the main gate of the courtyard, where the carriage was already waiting. Li Fan hopped in before Yu Xuan and sat down as the carriage driver began heading toward the Li Family training hall.
Upon arriving, they found the entrance bustling with activity. Many cultivators were training, sparring, or walking around. It was crowded and lively.
When the crowd noticed the approaching carriage, whispers spread.
"I heard only young masters from the direct lineage under four years old use carriages. He must be one of them," someone murmured.
"They aren't allowed to use normal electric or spiritual machines, right?" another commented.

Just as he was getting excited about trying out one of the high-tech weapons, Yu Xuan gently interrupted him. "Young Master, we should go. We can't stay here."
Reluctantly, Li Fan nodded and followed her to the private section of the training hall, reserved for unawekend children. When he first came here last time he was surprised by vastness of this hall but this time he came through public training hall and Compared to the public section, now this place felt empty and old. It resembled an open field with minimal setup. "If I knew it would feel this disappointing, I would've come straight through the private hall entrance, wouldn't have insisted to coming through public training," he muttered 'now that I think about, If public training hall is that grand ,then how grand must private one for adults would be' after thinking about it he became exited and started looking forward to that day when he would have his own futuristic training hall.
He found his training spot and began warming up. He ran laps around the field, jumped, stretched, and gradually adjusted to his new strength. Then he steeled himself for the real reason he was there—completing the Daily Quest.
