Liam Spencer looked at the girl blushing, lifted his right hand, gently caressed her small face, and asked, "Have you measured it?"
"No, I compared it with my own arm and then measured my arm," Maya Spencer hadn't realized that Liam Spencer had slipped.
"Then why should I believe you? You might be making it up just to tease me and make me believe you."
Maya Spencer, seeing that he still didn't believe her, slapped his shoulder and said angrily, "Why would I lie to you? I'm not short of money."
"You like me!"
"Who said that? It's always been you who likes me. You're the one chasing me," Maya Spencer denied. She wouldn't confess before Liam Spencer did; that would be too embarrassing.
"In that case, why do you insist on making me remember you? You could easily switch to someone else, like Lucas Shaw said."
