Dawn Sutherland and Arlo Seys returned to the cabin.
Ariel Morris and Daisy Grant had already prepared breakfast. Seeing the two enter, Ariel Morris, holding two bowls of porridge, looked at them and asked, "Where did you two go so early?"
Arlo Seys was about to speak when Dawn Sutherland interrupted him gently, "We went for a run on the beach."
Arlo Seys glanced at Daisy Grant, who was setting the table, and chose not to expose Dawn Sutherland's lie.
"Come have breakfast," Ariel Morris called out.
"Alright," Arlo Seys smiled lightly and took a seat.
Dawn Sutherland also sat down. The four of them sat at the table eating breakfast. Dawn looked at Daisy Grant beside him, unfolded a purple shell in his palm, and handed it to her, saying softly, "Daisy, this is the purple shell you wanted."
Daisy Grant, who was drinking porridge, dropped her spoon into the bowl with a crisp sound.
