Erin stood next to Daisy Ginger, looking up at the young man smiling quite shyly at Daisy. Erin's small eyebrows furrowed slightly without realizing it.
There weren't many people in the supermarket.
Daisy pushed the cart inside, bought some beef, and picked out some yogurt for Erin.
Michael Joyner followed beside Daisy, looking at the graceful figure of the woman in front of him, nervously rubbing his hands.
In front of her, he was like a young lad. He didn't dare to use his usual aloofness with girls. Even starting a conversation required mental preparation before he could speak.
So cautious like never before!
His heart was pounding, and his palms were sweating hot. He saw Daisy unable to reach for snacks on the shelf next to her and hurried over to fetch them for her.
"Thank you." Daisy thanked him with a smile.
Michael's mind buzzed, and his already burning face turned as red as a boiling kettle at this moment.
Why does her smile look so beautiful?
