Qi Ming shook his head.
"Not eating on time can make you sick," Lin Chu sighed helplessly, leading her son inside.
Lu Huai'an walked behind them.
The servant had already prepared dinner, and Lin Chu just went upstairs to change into clean clothes.
Even though she had already eaten at the Ji Family, she still sat at the table to keep Qi Ming company.
Lu Huai'an seemed isolated; nobody interacted with him.
He didn't think there was anything wrong with this atmosphere.
The dishes prepared by the servant were all Lin Chu's favorites, and he would always place them into Lin Chu's bowl. Lin Chu never showed Lu Huai'an a sour face in front of Qi Ming.
Whatever he served her, she ate.
Throughout the meal, Lin Chu hardly had a chance to reach into the plates herself.
"Do you still remember Aunt Ji I told you about? You should call her godmother. She has a very beautiful younger sister at home."
Qi Ming wasn't unfamiliar with this godmother.
