Chapter 16 - Chapter 13: The Wedding That Ends The World

Beauty has its own definition and so being defined by how beautiful the wedding was. It pictured the whole definition, giving it a visible picture. So there it was decorated by the forest. Tables aside are decorated in gold with a touch of yellow and black. Golden table set of forks, spoons, glasses and plates covered by a black cloth with yellow decorated patterns on ends. Wines and juices on top for refreshments. The chairs are golden matching the tables with black bow ties. The tables were placed wavy like across the forest. The trees surrounding the deco give it a wonderful shade in this hot weather. Hummingbirds sat by the colorful trees. At the forefront stood a temple for the pastor. It was placed on a stage near a gate decorated with beautiful flowers and roses. Just at the far right was a beautiful decorated table with flowers and roses. Such flowers and roses that were golden, black, red, blue and all other colorful ones. It was decorated the same as the deco. With both wines, water and juice. The couches were golden with a touch of black and yellow. Next to the table was the cake stand. It had 6 steps. Six cakes were made. All with those steps. Decorated golden with a touch of black and yellow colors here and there. In chocolate, red velvet, creamy cheese, carrot and strawberry flavors. A Red carpet was laid onto the floor from the entrance to the forefront. And a small bridge built from the entrance over a running river. Golden as the deco. The fishes swimming and jumping out of water. There was no need for a stretch tent. That was what played in the fairy queens head as they finished decorating. The girls did not play with the old ones. They taught them the step up until they learnt it. They were up the whole night practicing. I'm sure their legs were aching. She was indeed beautiful. Then to the bridesmaids. They wore long memeird dresses. Golden with a touch of black and yellow. They also had roses in their arms. And from the end they had golden laces. They wore white heels with glitters and of normal size. Then to the groom. He wore a black suit with a touch of gold and yellow. Red flowers in his pockets matching Mrs Barker's lipstick. He wore black shoes. The girls insisted he cut off a little bit of his hair and shaved his beard. This look reminded him of his olden days. The groomsmen wore golden suits with black shoes. Having hair cut and shaved like the groom. They were waiting for the people to arrive. Aurora with a fairy young boy her age were flower kids. They carried golden buckets filled with roses and flowers. Aurora had her hair styled to a ponytail with two strings of her hair hanging in front. She wore a beautiful golden black short dress. Shaped Cinderella like. She had worn short heels that were her size and had glitters. She wore makeup. She was so cute yet beautiful. Whereas the boy wore a black suit like the groomsmen with black shoes. They all stood waiting for the right time to enter. They were all in separate rooms. So Everyone came, they were all dressed up, all eyes open to see the one day planned wedding. All in their high heels dressed to kill. All the kingdoms were present too, they wouldn't miss it for the world. Kate, Scarlett, Jenny, Lucida, Lindsay and the fairy queen were already sitting in front waiting for the grand entrance. Their men are sitting next to them. The three friends were also all dressed up. They entered by the door. All with the same hairstyle and lipstick. Their dresses are tight fit and long. There was a moment of silence after cheering for the groomsmen with the groom. Then a song played by Lloyiso- Dream about you. The two young couples entered. That's how they teased them for being the flower kids. They entered showering the flowers everywhere on the red carpet. They were followed by the bridesmaids. Then the person everyone was waiting for finally entered. She walked slowly by the tables. Her face cracked with a smile. The vail had been opened. Behind her followed Matilda holding her long dress. She stood by the temple. Everyone cheered with joy at how beautiful she was. The music stopped but a small melodic sound was heard playing softly in the background. The pastor spoke his peace and after giving them a chance to say their I do's and long speeches. Then followed by a long sensational kiss. Everyone cheered with happiness and joy. Lindsay blocks Aurora and her friend from seeing. The girls looked away. The couple then settle down at their table. Then long, touching, teary speeches followed from friends and families. After that it was time for food. It was what Scott longed for. He was first in line and first to be served but with a couple of other 2 plates and finished up with desert. Everyone settled down and ate, all in line after the other had their food. After eating the stage was open. The bride and groom as well as the groomsmen and the bridesmaids did their step. You wished you couldn't have seen them move flexibly. The oldies dancing lit up the stage. Everyone was shouting and cheering. Phones up in the air making videos. The caiphus song by Aka was playing and they danced to the rhythm. The whole stage was soon filled, the kids followed too with the elders and they danced. Songs of famous artists played namely Beyonce, Rihanna and other R&B singers and what was a celebration without a touch of amapiano songs. They danced till dawn, laughing, cheering and smiling. It was a long, sad and depressing year. There was a slight movement away from them, away from planet earth and up into space. It stops in a spacecraft. And a woman is seen standing from a window unidentified, her face covered up by her long gowns hat. Only her mouth is visible. She was with a couple of other men, they were also dressed like her. In long grayish gowns and hers navy blue. The men's faces were also unseen; we only heard voices. The woman speaks in a loud cocky voice, deep as those of men "Look at those fools dancing and celebrating thinking they ran away with freedom. Thinking that it's all over, the war has ended, the witches have perished and dead, they are now finally at peace but No (she speaks in a soft voice and a smile cracks in her lips) it only the beginning, there's still more to come, History repeats itself over and over again and this time I shall be the one to rewrite it", she said looking outside from the window at planet earth. "And this time Lucida gets to die, We shall kill them all and rule the world", said one man holding a glass, he spins it around in his hands and later breaks it into pieces. "We shall start tonight and attack, I think it's the perfect way to end all this madness of joy and happiness", said another man standing from a wall smoking. He throws it down and smashes it down and laughs. "And that young army they are raising shall be ours, especially the one with the phoenix power, we shall start with her and finish with the others. Lindsay being alive again doesn't scare me as well as her daughter Matilda, we shall curse them both this time", said the woman laughing her evil laugh at the others following her. "We are undefeatable, no one messes with us and lives. We were born to kill and rule, evilness is within us and in our bloodline", said the third man, he stops laughing and smiles. He later walks out from a door. The woman continues to stand and laughs out loud heard from the entire universe. The ceremony was almost over and was almost through the night. The couple took two candles lit earlier by their mothers and used those candles to light the unity candle to symbolize oneness. The cake was cut off. Both Mrs Barker and Mr Goldberg held the knife, cutting it. Mrs Barker first fed Mr Goldberg. She becomes playful and licks it to his face. Mr Goldberg laughed and smeared a cream on her. They both laughed and shared one more sweet kiss. They then cut the cake for everyone. After the stage was full again, they danced themselves out. By midnight everyone was already tired and sleepy. After the other people left for their homes. The kingdoms went back to the camps, and Scarlett and the others. Aurora was carried down by his father. She was long asleep with her friend. One after the other lights turned off, people had fallen asleep. The girls remained behind and sat with a couple of other kids and partied. They said not to be tired dancing to Amapiano and like every other couple Mrs Barker and Mr Goldberg took their time to be alone together. They drove away to a hotel. They had no time to do anything, they just slept and not even bothered to get inside the blankets. They slept on top of them, cuddled and immediately zonked out. Alice stood back and watered the fire but it was too much, being caused by asteroids coming from above. Running over everything. She tried stopping it from burning the entire tent. Elaine flew up whereas Suzette ran inside and got the kids out. A girl helped her. She came from nowhere. She was quicker and faster. She was gifted and supernatural like them. She took the young ones out. Elaines held the asteroids one by one from damaging the earth. She broke them up with her phoenix power. All of them one by one and faster as they came. And sent a few to where they came from. She then flew back down. Alice managed to stop the fire. The kids were safe. Elaine landed down and noticed the girl together with Alice and they looked at her. They were about to talk to her when they saw fire from where their parents were. They ran to the tents. Mark and the others were all up saving people. Scarlett made it rain to stop the fire which kind of made it easier for Kate to water the fire down. The tents were burnt. Some people were badly injured from the asteroids. The girls arrived with the girl. Everything was already taken care of, it was just the accidents. Most people were injured, bleeding and others dead. The tents are down in ashes. The forest was again destroyed. The asteroids had been everywhere. The paramedics came and a lot of news reporters came. The girl finally spoke. "This is the reason why I'm here, I'm from planet Mars and the same has happened. We lost everything, most of our people died and when I found out that the next attack would be here on planet earth. I quickly rushed here but by the time I got here they had already started shooting. I was hoping we could join hands and stop whoevers behind this' ', said the girl. She was particularly the girls' age but rather shorter than them and she looked smaller. She was an ordinary human even though she was from planet Mars. Aurora was already awake, she was too helping to save the kids. Lucida walked to the girl, she knew her. No planet hadn't she not been to. She knew her from when she was young and was born. Though she hadn't seen her for years. She last saw her when she was still an infant. She walked to her and touched her on her shoulder "We will work with you and I think I know who did this, we both do and we probably know what they are after (she looks at Elaine and the other girls) your name is Nia, right?", she said looking at her with a smile. "Yes mam", replied the girl, smiling too. She could recognise her now. They were still standing when Scarlett and the other women greeted her. She replied back whereas the men were still busy helping people. The fairy king switched on the television. He wanted to see how far the asteroids had gone. Everyone came and watched, even the guys. A reporter stood at a hotel full of people watching from the outside. It was badly damaged. The asteroids had fallen inside of it and strangely it was the only thing that had been destroyed. The reporter reports. "We are standing here at the Royal hotel and there's been an accident caused mainly by these large rocks called asteroids mainly from outer space. It has damaged the whole hotel, burning it to ashes. Many people who were inside the hotel died from it including an old couple who just got married (everyone's eyes widened, John walked in front and stood in front of the tv) No one has identified them and their cause of death is unknown. Maybe it was due to the asteroids. They are not injured anywhere and that is what keeps us wondering. We do believe this is part of the supernatural thing as we saw a young girl from the sky stopping the asteroids (they played a clip) We neither don't know whether its another war rising again or is it human life on threat again, and people are more worried, they hadn't recovered from the last war and this happens. This was this fast travel again away from space sheep and back to the forest. It travels for a while again and stops somewhere far away. Strange faces are seen from it. It moves closer. It was two young girls walking with a woman. The woman was wounded. They were holding her side by side. They lifted their faces, it was the twins and the woman, the eldest Arolie sister. Alexis spoke "It is not yet over girls, this is only the beginning, we are coming for y'all", she said angrily. They walked a few miles and from up there in the hills there were a couple of others. They were rising from death. It moves away from them again. It goes up and there it shows perfectly. It was a prison. The underworld prison in the lost forest. That was where they were. It stops for a while and it travels back to the real world. Two bodies are shown, a woman and a man taken into an ambulance wearing wedding attires. The ambulance's door closes. It drives away to the nearby hospital.
