Yan Xiaobei was quite frightened when he first learned about the genetic mutation surgery.
It was hard to believe that such a surgery existed in the world.
Later, Yan Xiaobei found out that the inspiration for this surgery came from a superhero—Spider-Man.
Everyone knows this superhero started off as a penniless, homeless, carless nobody, until one day when he was bitten by a spider, causing his genes to undergo unknown mutations, and thus become a well-known superhero.
What an inspiring story.
A member of the World Medical Association took inspiration from this story, attempting to replicate such successful examples.
If they succeeded, wouldn't the world see an increase in superheroes such as Ant-Man, Grasshopper-Man, Rhino-Man, Mustang-Man...
Unfortunately, Spider-Man's case is essentially impossible to replicate.
