Amidst the shattered iron shards and fragments filling the sky, the swiftly speeding metal swept past Bologue's body, and just as it was about to cut him, it was deflected by the wind mass left behind by Palmer.
Bologue leapt high, eyes sharp as a hawk, aiming his Resentment Bite directly at the Seeker of Glory below.
The Seeker of Glory looked up at Bologue, raised the Giant Sword again, its speed still astonishingly fast, as if the blade had no weight.
But before he could strike down the Giant Sword again, the serpent head that had been split in half writhed, its two halves intertwining and merging once more, transforming into two serpent heads, continuing forward.
The Seeker of Glory seemed unprepared for this sight, and in the urgent situation, the pursuing Giant Sword turned sideways to cleave at the two serpent heads.
