She ordered her men to start scavenging resources from all cities within the Empire's homeland, preparing to construct the second Floating City module.
Originally, Perfikot was not inclined to exploit the Empire's homeland so harshly, but now the War God had come right up to her face. If the War God wasn't seemingly uninterested in waging a divine war, the war might very well have already started.
As such, Perfikot had no leisure to handle these cities in the homeland with any sentimentality.
Of course, she wasn't completely draining these cities dry, but rather instructed her people to extract resources to the maximum extent as long as it didn't drive the cities to rebellion a second time.
