"What did you say to Lao Qing, what did you do?" On the second floor, in the commander's office, Lao Jiu found Red Clothes. He harshly pushed her down onto the table, showing none of the previous gentleness. His glaring grey eyes seemed as if they wanted to devour this woman. "I told you not to touch my brother. What did you do to him?"
Red Clothes was pinned against the table. Her expression appeared unusually calm, not resisting Lao Jiu's force on her body as she struggled to breathe with his hand gripping her neck.
Her fingers, painted in bright red nail polish, pointed outside. She braced herself against the edge of the table with her left hand to sit up. She knew Lao Jiu wouldn't truly kill her, and so, staring at the furious man, she chuckled.
