The man seemed not to be interested in this. When the middle-aged man asked, he snorted coldly, and his gloved hand suddenly grabbed the iron chain, forcibly stopping its rotation and making the machine halt.
The middle-aged man raised his eyebrows and watched this person in front of him without speaking. He put down the metal in his hand before leaning back into his chair. "You've got the wrong person." He rephrased the same meaning.
"I only deal with money." The man chuckled a few times, his eyes firmly fixed on the door beside him.
"So, you've accomplished the task?" The middle-aged man was a bit surprised, having had no hopes for this person, but now he viewed him differently. "You are a person of the underworld; how did you do it?"
"Spent time and effort." The man's eyes flickered. "At least for this amount." He extended five fingers. "I spared no effort for this kid, and nearly all my men died; shouldn't there be some compensation?"
