Between the Duchy of Connet in Brittania and Marinburg lies a disputed territory that stretches for hundreds of kilometers. This land is known as "Kulona Road," and its historical ownership has always been ambiguous, because Brittania was once part of the Empire. Before Charlemagne established the Empire, dozens of tribes had migrated from what is now the Empire's territory across to this side of the Gray Mountains, forming the Brittania people. After the Empire was established, more people migrated from the other side of the Gray Mountains to dwell here, mingling their bloodlines, making it hard to distinguish between them.
