"That's…" The ambusher laughed before looking at Claude's face. "Other candidates jumped right into campaigning. Look, your fans are watching you right now! If you get angry, they will give their votes to someone else!"
Claude turned to the screen and saw the chat messages. Each line moved to the top and vanished so fast. He sighed. "Please don't let excitement get the better of you, guys. Jumping at people for surprise interviews is bad etiquette. Also, we're in the middle of the path. We'll just move out of the way first before talking again."
The ambusher lifted his brows and retreated to the side with Claude. "You're losing precious time, Lavallee."
"I'd rather lose time than affirm bad behavior. What kind of leader am I if I disregard the rules?" Claude didn't plan to speak aloud, but the stream could still hear him.
