I smile to myself, careful not to move too much, then very gently peel myself out of the blanket. Every step is quiet, sneaky, Olympic-level careful. The floor is cold. I regret everything immediately.
I grab a towel, wrap it around myself, and tiptoe into the bathroom.
Yeah. A shower is very needed after last night.
