"Damn it, what is this?! Why did the weather turn this bad in an instant?!"
"The forecast said clear skies today, no clouds! What a load of nonsense!"
"The news these days is nothing but garbage you can't trust!"
"Oh my God! The wind's so strong it's blowing everything away! And since when is lightning purple?! This isn't some ordinary natural phenomenon!"
"With rain this heavy, a flash flood is only a matter of time! We could die!"
Panic swept every corner of the city. People ran, searching for shelter, scrambling into buildings.
Just seconds ago the sky had still been clear blue, the sun shining brightly.
But without warning, everything changed โ as if doomsday had arrived without bothering to knock first.
True, weather forecasts had often been wrong ever since Magical Beasts began appearing at random, but this was different.
The severity of this storm was beyond reason.
Park benches, cafรฉ umbrellas, even small billboards were ripped free and sent flying wildly, striking anyone who wasn't fast enough to dodge. Screams of pain mixed with the roar of wind and the deafening crash of thunder.

At the Hunter Association headquarters, the crisis room was filled with high-ranking officials, their faces tense.
Large screens displayed the city's situation from various angles, while the analysis team worked in a panic, trying to identify the source of the anomaly.
"What's actually happening? Is this a Dungeon Break?" asked Mirai Falcon, the youngest Vice Chairman in the history of the Hunter Association.
Her brows knit together, her sharp eyes fixed on the data streaming across the screen.
A ๐๐๐ป๐ด๐ฒ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ธ โ a phenomenon in which the dimension of the Magical Beasts breaks through into the human world โ was always marked by extreme weather changes.
But seeing the strange expressions on the senior analysts' faces, Mirai's suspicion began to grow.
"No... this isn't a Dungeon Break," one of the analysts answered, his voice uncertain.
"Not?" The frown on Mirai's forehead deepened. "Then what is it?"
"According to the initial analysis... this is purely a natural phenomenon. No trace of magic." The analyst swallowed hard, reluctant to continue. "What I mean is... this is just an ordinary weather problem."
"You think we're all fools?" one of the officials snapped, his face flushing. "Purple lightning, a storm that appeared within seconds โ you call that a natural phenomenon?!"
If the lightning had been an ordinary color, they might have accepted that explanation.
But the glowing purple light radiating from the sky was clearly not natural!
"The data shows no magical anomaly..." the analyst said, pointing to the graph on the screen.
"But as for the color of the lightning..." He hesitated for a moment. "It's most likely caused by a concentration of [mana] dispersed in the atmosphere."
The room fell silent for a moment before Mirai let out a long breath.
"That explanation makes sense. Maybe it really is just extreme weather." She nodded slowly. "Besides, the sensors aren't detecting the significant [mana] fluctuations that usually appear during a Dungeon Break."
The officials exchanged glances, unconvinced, but none dared to object.
"If the Vice Chairman says so..."
Yet Mirai herself wasn't fully convinced. As a Hunter Rank-S, her instincts kept whispering that something was wrong. She ordered several Hunter Rank-A to stay alert and patrol.
'I should probably contact the Chairman too. This anomaly is too strange to ignore.'

Meanwhile, the true cause of all this chaos stood calmly in front of a large mirror.
Long purple hair shimmered under the dim light. Eyes with purple pupils ringed by blue irises. A perfect body wrapped in a beautiful kimono that swayed gently.
But that beauty was marred by wild sparks of purple lightning crackling around her, ready to explode at any moment.
"I need a good explanation for this."

Lux โ or now, Lux (Raiden Ei) โ stared into the mirror with a gaze as cold as eternal ice. The sparks of lightning around her grew wilder, in step with her sharply rising emotions.
"๐ ๐ฎ๐บ ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น๐บ."
Even as she said it, her voice sounded utterly cold.

Lux (Raiden Ei) shook her head, sighing as she massaged her temples.
Who would have thought the System could stray this far from expectations?
If this System fell into the hands of a pervert...
She didn't want to imagine it. A person like that would happily grope his own body after turning into a woman this beautiful.
And it had to be admitted... Raiden Ei really was the pinnacle of beauty. Especially the beauty mark, and... two rather stunning assets.
Looking at her figure in the mirror โ especially her chest โ Lux's (Raiden Ei's) lips twitched.
Fortunately, this transformation wasn't permanent.
Even though she always held to the principle that "sacrifice is necessary for maximum results," becoming a woman was clearly not part of that sacrifice.
She wasn't some pervert who enjoyed becoming a woman just to gain strength. Besides, her true self wasn't that weak to begin with, so there was no need to permanently become a woman just to gain power.
But there was one thing that caught her attention...
"My emotions... feel different now."
Studying the expression on her new face, Lux (Raiden Ei) was surprised to find just how expressive she was now.
At first she'd assumed Raiden Ei was an emotionless being, but it turned out... she was wrong.
And perhaps Raiden Shogun was the same way. Even as a puppet, her consciousness was real... There was no way she was entirely without feeling.
But compared to Raiden Ei... Raiden Shogun was clearly far colder โ like a machine devoid of emotion, given her origin as a puppet.
Raiden Ei, at least, still had a hidden gentle side. But Raiden Shogun...
"๐๐ฉ๐ฐ๐ด๐ฆ ๐ธ๐ฉ๐ฐ ๐ณ๐ฆ๐ฃ๐ฆ๐ญ... ๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ด๐ฆ๐ณ๐ท๐ฆ ๐ต๐ฐ ๐ฃ๐ฆ ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ช๐ฉ๐ช๐ญ๐ข๐ต๐ฆ๐ฅ."
Those emotionless words echoed in her mind, sending a chill down her spine.
This... wasn't Raiden Shogun more dangerous than her own creator?
Pushing the thought aside, Lux (Raiden Ei) clenched her fist slowly, letting sparks of purple lightning flow along her arm. The energy was so powerful the air around her trembled.
She wanted to test this Electro Archon power right away, but...
She glanced at her room, now a mess from the earlier burst of energy, and sighed.

๐๐ถ๐ด๐ฉ! ๐๐ถ๐ด๐ฉ! ๐๐ถ๐ด๐ฉ!
A group of rabbit-like creatures leapt with extraordinary speed. But unlike ordinary rabbits, their bodies were the size of adult humans.
Silver Rabbits โ magical creatures capable of moving as fast as bullets. This time, they were running faster than usual, as if being chased by something terrifying.
๐ฝ๐๐๐๐! ๐ ๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐ผ๐ผ๐๐๐!
A purple flash struck down from the sky, incinerating the lead Silver Rabbit in an instant.
"Kik?!"
The others screamed, scattering in every direction โ a survival strategy meant to confuse the predator.
Of course... it was all in vain.
๐ฝ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ผ๐๐๐...!! ๐ฝ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ผ๐๐๐...!! ๐ฝ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ผ๐๐๐...!!
Dozens of purple flashes shot out at once, each chasing a different target with an almost nonsensical precision.
One by one, the Silver Rabbits fell, lifeless.
When the last flash faded, all that remained were glowing cores โ the magical essence stored within their bodies.
A woman with long purple hair landed without a sound. Her expression was as cold as ice, as if the world and everything in it meant nothing to her.
That woman was Lux, in the form of Raiden Ei/Shogun from the world of Genshin Impact.
Though her face remained flat, inwardly she was actually a little stunned by her new power.
...As she'd suspected, she really was incredibly strong.
After hunting for five full days, Lux (Raiden Ei) was somewhat surprised to find her energy hadn't decreased at all.
As the Electro Archon, Raiden Ei could create and control lightning at will. She could even manipulate natural lightning phenomena (though that was far more difficult).
Essentially, it was almost impossible for Raiden Ei to run out of Electro energy. As long as she wished it, she could turn an entire region's climate into a raging storm with a single snap of her fingers.
And the potential of the lightning element didn't stop there. If developed further, it wasn't impossible to control every piece of modern electronic equipment in existence.
Just imagine โ Lux (Raiden Ei) could blow out every electronic device in the world simply by releasing an Electro wave. At that point, even nuclear bombs would be useless against her.
The world would be thrown back into a dark age. Humanity's combat strength would collapse due to its dependence on electricity.
'Though the implementation is far more complicated than the theory alone...'
Pushing the thought aside, Lux (Raiden Ei) said calmly:
"Show the Template status."

There were still plenty of mysteries about the System she didn't understand. It would be far more practical if the System simply transferred all the information straight into her head, rather than going through this drawn-out back-and-forth.
Unfortunately, the System wasn't designed to be that practical.

Lux's (Raiden Ei's) eyes widened at the list of available items.
Especially the row of purchasable Talents โ impressive and terrifying at once. If this information ever leaked to the public, chaos would be guaranteed.
But then she saw the price tags...
She fell silent.
The Achievement Points she'd thought were already a lot turned out to be nothing more than a drop in the ocean. Nearly meaningless.
Even so, that wasn't Lux's (Raiden Ei's) target.
She quickly typed into the search field, and after a moment, she finally found what she was looking for.

Seeing her own Talent listed too, she wanted to smile, but stopped short...
Five hundred million points...
An insane number. Even if she gathered points for an entire lifetime, it felt like a dream that would never be within reach.

Two hundred million points. Enough to buy hundreds of low-tier Talents โ yet here it was needed just to remove a single side effect.
After letting out a long breath, Lux (Raiden Ei) settled her expression back into calm.
"Seems there's no other choiceโฆ"
Various plans began forming in her head, most inspired by her experience as Frost Assassin โ the identity that had once caused such an enormous stir.
Her first plan was simple, but effective.
"With this new 'appearance' of mine..." The corner of her mouth lifted slightly, forming a cold smile. "There's no way I can't create an uproar this world has never witnessed before."
Raiden Ei's beauty would be her first weapon.
