Chapter 125 - Chapter 127: Are All You Uchiha People So Crazy?

Andrew's words struck like thunder. When he said he had information about the Akatsuki organization, it wasn't just Onoki and the Fourth Raikage who reacted—even Sarutobi Hiruzen and Mizukage Terumi Mei showed visible shock.

Given the current state of the world, only the Land of Wind and Sunagakure hadn't been directly harmed by Akatsuki. It made sense that Rasa remained indifferent, along with Mifune, the leader of the samurai. Everyone else had reason to listen closely.

For the Sand Village, the connection to Akatsuki seemed distant—only a few missing personnel sent on reconnaissance had failed to return. That alone wasn't enough to push Rasa to take sides.

The other villages, though, had more personal reasons. The Rock and Cloud had barely ended hostilities after the war, and the memory of conflict still lingered like a wound. Konoha had its own trauma—the Nine Tails attack that had scarred the village forever. And for the Mist, it was deeply personal—a former Mizukage had been secretly manipulated by the Akatsuki, bringing bloodshed and disaster to Kirigakure.

Andrew began calmly, "You all know that Konoha was attacked not long ago by a masked man. He used Wood Style and had the Sharingan. We Uchiha have been secretly investigating the Nine Tails incident for years. We discovered that the masked man was the one who unleashed the Nine Tails that night—and that he belongs to the Akatsuki."

He paused, ignoring the glares from the Raikage.

"Is that why I have this information? Yes. Because I made it my mission to learn the truth."

Sarutobi Hiruzen's face turned grim. He was clearly embarrassed. Why had the Uchiha investigated in secret? Why hadn't they told the Hokage? Everyone knew why. The distrust ran deep.

Even Fugaku, the Uchiha clan head, looked puzzled. He was unaware that Andrew had done all of this. How had a fellow clansman learned so much without the clan leader knowing?

Andrew pressed on, now turning the attention to the heart of the matter. "Let's talk about how Akatsuki was founded. At the beginning, they were a group of idealistic teenagers. They wanted to bring peace to the ninja world, and their actions first began in Amegakure. That became their base."

"But we all know," he said, voice flat, "peace is a dream that breaks easily in our world. These youths had noble goals—until tragedy struck and their ideals twisted into something else."

Naturally, the Uchiha clan didn't know these details. But Andrew wasn't originally from this world. With his knowledge of the hidden truths, he had watched all these events unfold—just not in this timeline. He had waited for the right time to share it.

And now, with the Uchiha's power and his own strength, he had the freedom to speak truths no one else dared.

"The Akatsuki today is a mercenary group filled with S-class missing-nin. But to understand how they ended up this way, we must talk about Danzo, Konoha's former Hokage advisor."

The room shifted. That name had weight.

"Danzo once collaborated with Hanzo of the Rain Village, and as a result of that alliance, one of the original Akatsuki founders was killed—the one who led the group back then. The goal? To obtain the Rinnegan. That death was the turning point."

"Let me add something important—the Akatsuki's current leader truly possesses the Rinnegan. This can be confirmed by none other than Jiraiya, one of the Legendary Sannin. In fact—the three founders of Akatsuki were once Jiraiya's students."

Gasps filled the room.

"Yes," Andrew confirmed, "Jiraiya trained them in Amegakure, and for their safety, he never told Konoha about the Rinnegan. But Danzo found out. And we all know what kind of man Danzo was."

Sarutobi Hiruzen's face darkened. He had tried to defend Danzo in the past, but these revelations made it hard.

Terumi Mei slammed her palm on the table. "Danzo again? He's behind everything! The Akatsuki, the Fourth Mizukage being manipulated, and the fall of Kirigakure's stability? If Danzo hadn't interfered, we wouldn't be cleaning up this mess!"

Sarutobi tried to speak. "Danzo was only trying to—"

"Let's not bother defending him, Lord Third." Andrew cut in. "That man may be dead, but the disasters he caused live on. During the Nine Tails Rebellion, it was Danzo's own ROOT agents who possibly leaked the location of Kushina Uzumaki to the masked man."

The Third Hokage fell silent. His late wife had died that night. The pain was still raw.

Andrew wasn't even sure if Danzo really helped Obito find Kushina, but it made sense to place the blame. Danzo had left too many corpses and broken ideals behind.

"The masked man, now leading Akatsuki behind the scenes, is none other than Uchiha Obito. He once held a Mangekyō Sharingan. Based on clan records and recent attacks, I've confirmed it—it's him. He only had one eye left... until recently, he took the other one from Hatake Kakashi. Now, he likely has both Mangekyō."

The room froze.

Andrew noticed the blank stares, especially from the Mizukage and the Raikage, so he explained further—how Obito was once a kind-hearted boy, thought dead during the Third Great Ninja War. How his descent into darkness began with the death of Rin Nohara, orchestrated by none other than Hidden Mist schemes.

"So that's why he targeted the Mist Village..." Terumi Mei murmured. "All this madness, over a woman's death? He destroyed a whole Hidden Village just because of that?"

She looked over at Andrew and said, "Are all you Uchiha people this insane?"

Andrew shrugged. "Well, the Sharingan does have some side effects. Maybe don't push us too hard. You never know when someone might go full Obito."

Everyone in the room gave a strained smile—or rather, a twitch of the mouth. They didn't find it funny.

Andrew continued. "After Obito took control, Akatsuki changed again. He began to recruit other rogue shinobi—Orochimaru from Konoha, Loquat Juzo from the Mist, Sasori of the Red Sand from Sunagakure, Kakuzu from Takigakure... These are no longer idealists. They're weapons."

"That was the first transformation of Akatsuki—from peacekeepers to mercenaries. The second came after Obito's rise. Now, they are something far worse—hunters of the Tailed Beasts."

Everyone sat in silence.

Fugaku clenched his fists. The Uchiha name was once again connected to pain. Sarutobi's shoulders sagged under the weight of truth. Onoki looked disturbed. Raikage looked like he wanted to punch something—or someone.

Everything they'd feared was now before them—confirmed by an Uchiha who shouldn't have known any of it.

Andrew leaned back and concluded. "That's all the intel I have for now. But it's enough to show you—Akatsuki is no longer just a rogue ninja group. It's an organized threat, led by someone who knows how to manipulate nations, attack villages, and hide in plain sight."

A long silence filled the war council.

Then Terumi Mei stood up, arms folded. "We have to act. Before we lose more to the ghosts Danzo left behind."

Everyone nodded.

But they all had the same thought buried deep: If one Uchiha, with nothing but persistence and a Sharingan, could uncover this much... what else were the Uchiha hiding?
