Chapter 94 - Thanos vs. Yuki II

"I thought it would take you much longer to arrive."

"But it seems you've come at just the right time."

Thanos gave the two groups a calm, indifferent glance as he spoke slowly.

"My dear brother, are these the only reinforcements you could muster? Just these small fries?"

Faced with Thanos's dismissive and arrogant attitude, the Dark Celestials instantly lost their composure. As loyal servants of the First Firmament, they could not tolerate their master being slighted by a mere Titan.

"Titan!"

"Even if you've become a Supreme now, a Titan is still just a Titan!"

"You will forever remain nothing more than a creation of our master's creation!"

The lead Dark Celestial spoke slowly.

"Is that so?"

"It seems you, who have been absent for so long, have no idea of the immense power that comes with being the One-Above-All, the unification of all things!"

"In comparison, your master is far wiser than you!"

"He dared only send an avatar, while his true self hides in cowardice."

Thanos's gaze turned mocking as he looked at the First Firmament.

"What...?"

Hearing this, both the Dark Celestials and the Beyonders instantly showed looks of surprise, turning to stare at the First Firmament.

For the First Firmament, however, it was of little consequence.

"I didn't expect you to see through it so easily," the First Firmament rumbled in response.

"You underestimate me. Since I knew of your arrival, I naturally knew whether you came in your true form."

Thanos's voice cut through coldly, laced with a mocking tone.

"But did you think hiding would keep you hidden from me?"

"In my eyes, you are destined to be absorbed by me."

"Impossible!"

Faced with Thanos's declaration, the First Firmament panicked.

It roared, sweeping its hand outward.

Infinite omniversal energy poured forth, directly targeting Thanos.

"Celestials! Attack!"

It didn't forget to bark the order, commanding the Dark Celestials to join the assault.

Even knowing their master wasn't present in its true form, the Dark Celestials obeyed without hesitation, charging forward and unleashing their respective cosmic energies against Thanos.

The Beyonders, seeing no alternative, also joined the fray.

They drew their weapons, firing upon Thanos as well.

Their attacks were indiscriminate, showing no regard for Yuki and Galacta, who stood relatively close to Thanos. They unleashed their full power without holding back.

Naturally, Yuki and Galacta were within the blast radius.

Galacta had never witnessed such a spectacle; she was momentarily stunned. She had already been shocked when the First Firmament and the others arrived on the scene.

But Yuki beside her was prepared.

He swiftly scooped Galacta into his arms, instantly teleporting them a safe distance from the battlefield.

Regaining her senses, Galacta turned to thank him, her cheeks slightly flushed. "Thank you."

"It's nothing." Yuki nodded and gently set her down. With a casual wave of his hand, he conjured a protective barrier around Galacta.

Meanwhile, on the battlefield, countless dazzling energy beams converged upon Thanos.

Unfazed, Thanos merely raised a hand and caught them all.

The immense attacks were gathered in his palm, their energy with nowhere to go but to spill outward in all directions.

Boom—!!!

Shockwaves of energy rippled out, instantly reducing the nebular clusters scattered throughout the starry expanse to dust.

Each of these nebular clusters was composed of infinite omniverses, universes on a scale equal to the Marvel universe itself. They could be seen as individual manifestations of Eternity's true form. This space contained boundless such clusters.

Yet, under the spreading shockwaves of the battle, they were being continuously obliterated.

Seeing the residual energy waves surging toward them, Galacta tensed, assuming a defensive stance. However, she soon watched as the attacks struck the barrier Yuki had created, calming instantly without so much as a ripple.

Yuki stood to the side, unprotected by the barrier, allowing the stray energies to wash over him.

"Mr. Yuki, aren't you going to shield yourself?" Galacta asked urgently.

"It's fine. These attacks aren't enough to harm me," Yuki replied, shaking his head.

His power far surpassed the omniversal level, only a step away from transcending it entirely. Therefore, the combined assaults from the First Firmament and the others posed no threat to him.

From the moment the First Firmament arrived, Yuki had already opened a live stream to the chat group. The group members were now witnessing this grand battle.

Raiden Ai: "This is terrifying! Under those shockwaves, survival would be impossible."

Marika: "This is truly astonishing!"

Athena: "So this is the nature of high-level combat! It really broadens one's horizons."

Now that Thanos had absorbed Eternity's true form, he was, in essence, the entire Marvel universe itself. Yet, this space outside the Marvel universe was not quite part of the infinite multiverse of realms. It existed beyond the Marvel cosmos, yet not within the boundless expanse of the myriad worlds. From the perspective of the infinite multiverse, this place could still be considered part of the Marvel reality.

This was the place where the true forms of all the abstract entities resided.

It could be said to be a realm transcending all concepts of space, time, and dimension...

"If your attacks are only at this level, then I'm truly disappointed."

Thanos slowly raised his head, a deep sense of disappointment evident in his eyes.

"First Firmament... very well."

"Since your true form dares not appear, I'll drag you out myself!"

"After all, I don't have the patience to wait for you to fall into my trap."

After uttering these words, with a mere thought, a figure suddenly materialized beside Thanos.

Everyone looked at the figure—it was none other than the First Firmament itself.

Now, the true form of the First Firmament wore an expression of distress. It hadn't expected Thanos to truly be able to locate it.

"Thanos! I believe we can discuss this..."

The First Firmament immediately attempted to negotiate.

But why would Thanos bother with its pleas?

What it wanted to say was undoubtedly about submission or surrender.

To the present Thanos, such things were utterly pointless.

He had absorbed the One-Above-All, becoming the Supreme.

He had no need for a restless First Firmament. Transforming it into nourishment was its best and only option.

Without waiting for the First Firmament to continue, Thanos waved his hand, dispersing the combined attacks. Then, a golden light flashed around him, forming a vortex that directly sucked the First Firmament's true form inside.

"No!!!"

"Thanos! You will regret this!!!"

With a final, drawn-out cry, the First Firmament rapidly dissolved into pure energy, flowing into Thanos's body.

Thanos instantly felt a surge of power, a slight but noticeable increase. It gave him a bit more confidence for his future confrontation with OAA's true form.

"You lot are next. All of you shall become my sustenance!"

No longer holding back, the golden vortex swept up the Beyonders, the Dark Celestials, and the nearly dissipated avatar of the First Firmament.

Among the Beyonders, a punk-styled youth swiftly merged with another man. The two rapidly transformed into a cube, its energy expanding in an attempt to resist Thanos.

Alas, even this was utterly futile against the current Thanos.

As they were on the verge of being absorbed, Thanos couldn't help but mock them.

"The Cosmic Cube?"

"Hah!"

"A mere trick of the Beyonders, not even worth comparing to the Infinity Stones."

"Brother, you shall take your final bow alongside them."

With the absorption of Thanos's brother, Starfox, Thanos cleared the field of everyone present except Yuki and Galacta.

After completing this, Thanos didn't forget to restore the universes within this space. With a mere wave of his hand, infinite universes were reconstructed, once again turning the expanse into a starry sky.
