Ashley, Adam, and Elda's Side
Elda walked ahead silently, focused on their destination. 😑
Behind her, Adam was practically dying.
Adam (thinking): (Man... can't they remember that I'm an Omega?)
(I've been walking for almost TWO HOURS! My legs are going to resign!) 😤
Ashley glanced at him.
Ashley: "Yeah..."
"Adam, what happened to you? Why are you so quiet—" 🫤
Suddenly, Elda stopped.
She looked around carefully.
Elda: "Be careful." 🤨
Before either of them could react—
Adam & Ashley: "AHHHHHHHHH!!" 😱
CRASH!
Both disappeared into a huge hole!
Elda stared down in disbelief.
Elda: "What the..."
"They can't even walk properly?!" 😱
She hurried to the edge.
Elda: "ADAM! ASHLEY!" 😤
Adam: "WE'RE OKAY, SIS!"
"YOU GO AHEAD!"
"WE'LL FIND A WAY BACK!" 🧐
Elda: "..."
She pinched the bridge of her nose.
Elda: "Fine..."
(Why do I feel like I'm travelling with children?) 😑
With that, she continued forward.

Inside the Hole
Ashley dusted off her clothes and examined their surroundings.
Ashley: "Is this connected to a cave?"
She noticed two paths ahead.
Ashley: "There are two ways out." 😑
Adam looked around.
Adam: "Probably."
He pointed towards the right path.
Adam: "Let's go this way." 😤
Ashley frowned.
Ashley: "Huh? Why that way?" 😶
Adam: "What?" 😑
Ashley: "My Alpha instincts are telling me that path is dangerous." 😤
Adam smirked.
Adam: "So what? Are you scared?"
He puffed out his chest.
Adam: "Then I'll go myself!" 😎

(She's an Alpha, and she's scared of a cave?)
(I'll show her that I'm Aaron's younger brother too!) 😤
Adam confidently marched into the right passage.
Ashley stared after him.
Ashley: "WHAT THE HELL?!"
"He doesn't even respect me!" 😤
She folded her arms and sat beside a rock.
Ashley: "Fine!"
"Until you come back and call me..."
"I WON'T MOVE FROM HERE!" 😤
A few seconds passed.
Ashley glanced towards the dark passage.
Ashley: "..."
(He'd better come back soon.) 🫤
(Not because I'm worried! Absolutely not!) 😤

Noel and Aaron's Side 🌲
Meanwhile, Noel and Aaron walked through the dark forest.
Noel looked around nervously.
Noel: "It's so dark..." 🫤
Aaron: "Like my life." 😑
Noel slowly turned towards him.
Noel: "..."
Noel: "Was that a joke?" 😅
Aaron: "No." 😑
Noel (thinking): (This man...) 😅
She looked up at the sky.
Dark clouds gathered overhead, and the wind grew stronger.
Noel: "Looks like it's going to rain."
"We should find somewhere safe to stay." 🤔
Aaron nodded calmly.
Aaron: "There's an abandoned house about three kilometres from here."
"We can stay there."
"It's near the border of the Rhinovia Kingdom." 😎
Noel stopped walking.
Noel (thinking): (Again... an abandoned place?)
(Why does my life keep taking me to creepy locations?) 🤧
She hurried to catch up with Aaron.
As they walked deeper into the forest, a distant rumble of thunder echoed through the trees.
BOOM! ⚡
Noel: "AH! WHAT WAS THAT?!" 😱
Aaron glanced at her.
Aaron: "Thunder."
Noel: "I KNOW THAT!"
"I WAS JUST CHECKING IF YOU KNEW!" 😤
Aaron: "Of course." 😑
Noel: "..."
(I swear, one day I'll throw this man into a river.) 😭
Despite her complaints, she stayed close to him.
For some reason, an uneasy feeling settled in her heart.
She couldn't explain it, but she felt that this journey would change everything.
And the approaching storm was only the beginning...
