Noel's Side
Noel looked at Aaron.
Noel: "Are you okay?" 🥺
Aaron frowned.
Aaron: "What the hell?"
"I was protecting him..."
"How could that little brat just kiss someone like that?" 😤
He kept grumbling under his breath.
Noel watched him for a moment.
Noel (thinking): So this is how he behaves in his wolf form...
No wonder Sister Elda was worried.
Aaron turned to leave.
Aaron: "I'm going to—"
Before he could finish...
Noel gently placed a hand on his shoulder.
She turned him toward her.
Then cupped his face with both hands.
Without saying a word...
She gave him a quick peck on the lips.
Aaron froze.

Noel smiled innocently.
She pulled back.
Noel: "Were you saying something, Omega?" 😊
Aaron's face instantly turned bright red.
He couldn't even answer.
Noel tilted her head.
She leaned forward again as if to give another peck.
Aaron quickly stepped back.
Aaron: "No."
Noel blinked.
Noel: "What happened?" 😶
Aaron looked away.
Aaron: "I still have a mate."
"I'm loyal to her... Enigma." 😐
Noel's smile faded slightly.
Noel: "Oh..."
"Okay." 🙂
She tried to smile, but it looked forced.
Aaron noticed immediately.
He realized his words had hurt her.
Aaron: "It's just that..."
He couldn't finish.
Noel looked at him.
Noel: "What happened, Mr. King?" 😊
Aaron finally looked up.
Noel's eyes were back to their normal color.
The Enigma personality had disappeared.
Aaron immediately became serious.
He grabbed Noel lightly by the collar.
Aaron: "Where is that Enigma?"
Noel lost her balance.
She fell backward onto the grass.
Aaron stumbled forward as well.
For a moment...
They were face-to-face.
Both stared at each other in silence.
Aaron finally spoke more calmly.
Aaron: "I need to talk to her."
Noel looked into his blue eyes.
She could guess what had happened while her Enigma side was awake.
Her expression softened.
Noel: "I'm sorry..."
"But I don't know how to bring her back."
Aaron slowly let go of her collar.
He knew Noel wasn't pretending.
She genuinely had no control over it.
He sighed quietly.
The tension between them slowly faded as they both remained silent, unsure of what to do next.
